The employee inside making sandwiches during this time was horribly disrespectful with the way they spoke to me and my family. We were turned away with a rude comment of how long it was going to take even when no customers were present in the store showing the lack of professionalism and respect for the customers present. Understandably, Mobile orders are become more popular, but this doesn't excuse the attention needed for customers who walk in the store to place a order or the using a disrespectful tone that was not needed to inform us of the wait if there was one present. If I ever eat at another subway it will not be at this establishment, but another location if at all. I expect a phone call to follow up on this experience along with a form of reparation due to the stressed and uncomfort it has cause my family both in the way we was spoken to and having to find anothet establishement to eat. Do ally after we stood there for 5 or 6 minutes the lady from lobby came and asked us what we wanted.
