China One — Restaurant in Farmville

I have been going to this place for over 15 years and I remember them when they where located on main Street in Farmville. The upgrade and quality of the foods or entrees are the same quality. I know the owner from years of patronizing them. However, being they are the only Chinese restaurant in this local town it is advisable to call in your orders to keep from too long of waiting times. They have been in this town for over 15 years and they say busy so this should tell you they are good and foods are favored in this little town. I love their vegetable egg foo young, chicken and shrimp lo mein, ragoon, fried chicken wing, seafood delight, white rice, and shrimp fried rice! Nice people if you act nice and they love their regular and long term...

I must admit that this was my first time eating from the China 1 restaurant and wow was I impressed! That’s saying a lot for me because I don’t get impressed easily by anyone or anything. I ordered the Crab Rangoon, and extra crispy Chicken Wings that were seasoned to perfection and they both were a hit not to mention the excellent customer service I received while there! This used to be our favorite place to go. We always order a large order with orange chicken .. .now they just pour sweet and sour on it and call it orange chicken. Definitely a change in cooks. Then i realize it tastes like the snowhill chinese food I dislike. They are now out of business. What's the chances they hired a cook. Very disappointed compared to the usual meal...
