Bojangles — Restaurant in North Carolina

I would like to send a picture I have of a biscuit I got this morning. This is inedible and if I wasn't already running late for work I would've made a scene in store. This is ridiculous. I always have issues at this store and have never complained, as well as many others who live in the community. Today it pushed me over the edge. They should consider others and if they wouldn't eat it don't serve it. I ordered a cheese biscuit and all of the cheese was brown and hard. Very burnt and hard as a rock. I've been to so many other bojangles and never have I received the service they give here with attitude nor food like this. I will be posting it online as well as calling corporate to see if I can find an email address. It's that bad, someone needs to see this. The service you get at this store is horrible. They have even tried to charge me for a bbq sauce when I know I should get one free with a chicken tender meal. They also always have attitudes, everyone in there. It's a shame that these people are allowed to work there when there are so many nice bojangles employees at every other bojangles. I will be recording my trip inside next time and posting it online as well just so people can see a video of the service they give here. I am so fed up, can you tell? I can't be the only one but you don't have surveys on your receipts so I'm sure they're getting away with a lot more becuase nobody can take a survey on the service in this particular store. Shame...

I visited this location a few days ago, as well as today. I order the 3 piece supreme combo for 5.35. The last time I visited, I was charged for the sauce that came with my meal, and was unaware, which took my meal over 6 bucks. I've never been asked what sauce I want with my meal, then charged for it. I went there today around about 9:30 ish this afternoon, and my tenders felt as if a ligament was in my tenders. When I bit into it, I felt it pop. I'm not able to just go back, because I relied on someone's else transportation. I was not able to enjoy my food because of this. Also my drink was given to me without my top being secured, and I wasn't notified of that either, and soda spilled in my sister's car. I told the lady the top wasn't on and it spilled, she just gave me napkins and rushed me to move from the window up to the door. I'm an employee of fast food myself, and the condition and quality of this bojangles was very dissatisfying. I grew up in this town, and never had a bad experience up until a few days ago. I would hate to have to call corporate for something that can be easily resolved with a simple refund, but necessary means...

Food is good but service is gonna have to change sat in a long line waiting for my food then get to the window and they can’t figure out what I ordered then after running around like chickens with their heads cut off they tell me I got to wait a extra 15 mins for them to cook chicken to get what I ordered it was only a one breast dinner like seriously they need to have chicken cooked at all times hints it’s bojangles they mainly serve chicken . Maybe if they weren’t on their phones and pay attention to the customers maybe they would get customers in and out now I have to be late for work because they don’t know how to do their jobs correctly management needs to go in and clean house seriously it’s pitiful service so if I’m late for work I’m guessing bojangles is going to help me with rent since they had me waiting for so long for one breast hell McDonalds is across the road and I guarantee they wouldn’t have me waiting that long yeah the food is trash but it’s better than being late for work because they didn’t...
