Corner Pizza — Restaurant in Farragut

Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 orders of mushrooms, 1 order of jalapeño poppers, and a Caesar salad for the game last night. When we came to pick it up, they told us they didn’t have bbq pork for 2 of the pizzas and asked if we wanted to get something else or just take what we had. If we would have waited for 2 more pizzas, the rest of it would have been cold by then so we just took what we had. Why not take a call back number for orders so that you can call and let someone know before they get there??? Also, we only received 1 order of mushrooms (thankfully we only got charged for 1), however, we had a big group and it would have been nice to have ALL the food we ordered. The person taking the order made it seem like they did not want to make our order at all, I get it’s a big order but you’re a pizza place on game day. It’s gonna happen. It came across as they just said they didn’t have the pork so they didn’t have to make all our food, and not that they were actually out. We ended up having to order 2 other pizzas from papa John’s to feed our group. Papa John’s tasted way better and was cheaper for the amount of pizza we got at this place. There were also some health code violations inside the store that we saw when picking it up.

We wanted to try this place out as I’ve never heard of it and assumed it was a local place and we love supporting local. However, the service, the price for what we got, and the health code issues has guaranteed we won’t be back. Very unfortunate for a newly...

Ordered pizzas from here for the first time tonight. Went to pick up and was ignored for the first 5 minutes. When I was acknowledged I told them my name for the order. I had ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. They gave me one large pizza with ham and anchovies and breadsticks. I let them know I ordered a pepperoni and Italian sausage, an extra cheese, and breadsticks. They said they must have read the order wrong even though it was correct on their ticket and my email confirmation. The server then asked if we just wanted to take those or wait for them to make the correct order. We had already prepaid so we decided to wait. They then made 2 more wrong pizzas. After waiting again we got our order, which was still somewhat wrong, when we asked about one of them not being thin crust they said they were out. Which, ok that’s fine it happens. However they never remade the breadsticks so we received very cold breadsticks. We waited patiently the whole time yet staff was rude. The pizza was not the best, floppy crust, sauce tastes like spaghetti sauce. Breadsticks may have been good if they were hot and not overcooked. I understand they are a newer place, but I don’t think they will last long if they aren’t friendlier and cant get their act together. I ordered online and picked up to go near closing time a couple weeks ago, not long after the business opened. Pizza was absolutely delicious and exactly as I ordered. Service was friendly and efficient. I’ve tried one other time to order online and the system was not available. Assume they were swamped and were playing catch-up. I’ll try again soon!
