Subway — Restaurant in Fayette Township

9/24/25... I decided to update my review on Subway South Point OH in the Westview Plaza. I've ordered from there 3 times in the past month. 2 of which were underwhelming. The same man made my sandwich(es) and acts like he pays for the product out of his pocket. I literally ordered online and increased the veggies to "more" just in case he made the sandwich. Guess what. He did. On a footling club... "More pickles = 6 total". "More banana pepper rings= 4 total". " More onion=less than 6 pieces". "More black olives=9 total slices". I will never order from that store again and advise you to do the same if the dark haired guy in glasses, 20s or 30s, very unfriendedly both times I've dealt with him, not the cleanest looking person either. I guess I could find out who he is and check to see if he is working or not as to avoid him making my food. Everyone else including the manager seem to be capable of producing a sandwich that, in my case today, was $13+. I even tipped the dude (which is now a "thing" at Subway...tipping your "artist"). Just my 2 cents;

I love Subway. I have for 20ish years. Their food seems "cleaner" (if that makes sense). Their salads and gastric bypass helped me she'd 190lbs. many years ago. Nowadays, though, it seems like they are getting a little greedy (they actually are supposed to COUNT the items they put on your sandwich... Ex: olives, pickles...). Also, prices have gone up alot. I'm not sold on the Subway app. I've used it twice now. Both times, the food was... less than good. Subs were smooshed, messy... Didn't seem like they were just made. I'll be ordering and buying in person AFTER COVID. Till then, I'll make my own...

Ordered a pick up, showed up, and my fiod wasn't there. They said they didn't have the order in there system and I even got the screenshots where the money had come out of my account. It's bad enough that we apparently live in such a bad neighborhood that we can't have the food ready to just pick up and go, but then to get scammed on top of it. No ma'am. They were rude and completely unwilling to help me, and treated me like crap in front of a bunch of other customers. I don't like dealing with people and confrontation and I've had problems at this subway before, which is why I chose to do a pick up order in the first place. After they treated me like that I just walked out. I never got my money...

Yuck. Disgusting. Quick! Someone call the health department! This picture of rotting "egg" is just the tip of the grossness iceberg. Several containers of produce had ice crystals forming around the inside, with the produce itself being partially frozen. The Sandwich Artist making my sandwich had to dig through stuff just to get to the non frozen items. My anxiety got the best of me and I just paid and ran out, but I'll never be returning and neither should you. I can't unsee this grossness and I'm not going to be eating my sandwich. I'll just call the $7 and change a loss as I'd rather spare myself the stomach pains, diarrhea and vomiting that I'd likely get from eating anything that...
