Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fayette

Decided to try Sonic after school this afternoon with my little girl. We actually got service today so I was surprised!

Twice before we have left empty handed because no one would wait on us. We press the red button, we get the "we'll be with you in a moment" message, and no one ever comes. Once we waited 10 minutes and left, another time we waited 20 minutes and left. My daughter was in tears because she wanted ice cream.

I do not know if they are shorthanded (which is still no excuse) or if they are only filling orders from the app instead of people who actually drive in to order, but I have not been impressed with our local Sonic in a long time because of issues...

NASTY PLACE!! AND ITS NASTY PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE!!! ITS NOT HARD TO SAY IF THE EMPLOYEES YALL HIRING HOUSES ARE NASTY, BED BUGS, ROACH INFESTED, WEAR THE SAME CLOTHES EVERYDAY, THEN ITS EASY TO DETERMINED THAT ITS NASTY PEOPLE THERE TOO..ITS ASHAMED A PERSON HAS TO GO ALL THE WAY OUT OF TOWN JUST TO EAT, BECAUSE SOMEONE THAT WORKS THERE DONT EVEN TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES AWAY FROM THE JOB..YALL HIRE ANYBODY..THE EMPLOYEES YOU GOT WORKING ARE NOT QUALIFIED FOR BEING MANAGER'S OR ANYTHING ELSE..IF CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT THEN WHY DOES SONIC HIRE ALL THESE DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES AND CHARACTERS THATS QUALIFIED ON PAPER BUT NOT QUALIFIED OR FIT FOR LIFE..THIS PLACE...

Do not go to Sonic if you have a 30 min lunch. I ordered pickle fries and red velvet shake. Took 15 mins then they brought me regular fries and the guy just turned and walked away with the fries and shake had to hollar at him for my drink atleast and I assume they was cooking me some pickle fries. Idk because the guy just turned and walked off so I had to page them back to ask what was going on with my food and how long. Needless to say I did not have time to eat the HOT GREASY pickle fries. Not the first time I said I was not going back. But I mean it this time. And still had to...
