I’ve been to a lot of BBQ spots, but FlavorSmith’s at FAC stands out for all the right reasons. The quality of the meats is next level — you can taste the real wood smoke and attention to detail. The brisket was juicy with a perfect bark, and the turkey was surprisingly flavorful (not dry like other places).

I ordered the 2-meat plate with pulled pork and sausage, plus mac & cheese and coleslaw on the side — everything was delicious and the portions were more than fair for the price. The smoked baked potatoes are also a game-changer.

To top it off, they’ve got a solid drink selection with local beers, good cocktails, and even banana pudding for dessert.

Delicious Barbecue. This place has an awesome owner who I’ve seen on site every visit, he very knowledgeable and friendly. Service has always been top notch. Their prices are fair and portions are large. Their sausages are best in town! The gos will take you to FAC but the entrance to the bbq is around back inside the tennis dome/bubble.
