I am a person who rarely gives bad reviews, but I had to for this restaurant. We were a party of 7, and none of us liked anything except the milk tea-I don't think based on this experience, any of us will ever visit this place again. Following are the items we ordered, and except Sushi & maybe the curry, I will not recommend anything else. Appetizers: Spring roll : 1/5 (the rolls were barely fried) Sushi: Mango-Mango roll : 4/5 Spicy Avocado roll: 3.5/5 Special Vegetable roll: 3.5/5 Curry Yellow Curry: 3.5/5 Rice Pineapple fried rice: 1/5 Thai Basil fried rice: 1/5 In both of these items, we had added tofu, but the tofu was extremely salty, which made the whole rice saltier. Could not eat after a bite or two. Noodle Drunken noodle: 0/5 Had ordered this without egg or meat. It initially came after a very long time with eggs and very cold. So we got it exchanged, and the supposedly fresh noodles had so much of soy sauce that none of us could even chew a bite of it. Had also ordered some kind of chicken, which was also tasted only full of soy sauce. Boba tea Kobe Bay breeze boba (minus boba) 5/5. We had ordered this with boba, but the boba was so chewy and old, barely got into the boba straw. The milk tea part of it was delicious. The staff were friendly but barely paid any attention to the table even after we informed them that the food took forever to come. There was an extremely weird smell in the restaurant lingering, even though we were situation almost near the entrance where you would think the air circulation would be better because of the content opening & closing of the doors. Overall, it was not at all a happy lunch experience. I hope we were one of those unlucky customers to have gone through this kind of experience and that they are actually doing a good job otherwise.

Amazing food. Great prices. Absolutely atrocious service. As a former restaurant worker, being busy does NOT excuse bad service. Our waiter took our drink order and never came back to us after he said he would. He serviced everyone around us and even the people who sat down after us. Eventually a woman came over to us, after taking the order of ANOTHER couple who sat down behind us. She was nice and took our order. We waited about 45 minutes, and I know they were busy so that wasnt too big of a deal. Except other people that, again, came in AFTER us, like 10-15 minutes after us, were already getting their food!!! We finally got our food. We ordered two entrees, 4 wontons and the Tokyo(?) wings. we had to remind them about those because our entrees came first. And we didn’t get the wings until the literal END of our meal. They were supposed to be an appetizer. At that point we just asked for to go boxes and the check. We were never offered refills. We watched another table try to catch a waiters attention 4 times so she could get her bill and leave. The server did discount our wings. I will give her that. And also, this is important, I always tip a MINIMUM of $10 if my bill is over $30. Our bill was $37 here and I left absolutely no tip, which I never do. I was that disappointed. Nobody in the dining room looked super happy tbh, including us. Again, food was great and great portions. Good atmosphere/interior. However the service was an absolute joke. This was our first time and unless we’re desperate for Chinese I don’t see us coming back.

Ordered for pick up, food was ready on time and lady at the register was very friendly. I had gotten a order of Steak and shrimp with fried rice, Teriyaki chicken with fried rice, the crab wontons, 2 chicken egg rolls 4 spring rolls 2 of the specialty Boba teas and a side salad. The main dishes were very tasty and well cooked, steak was a little tough but nothing crazy was a little upset with the "fried rice" just wasn't what I was used too, seemed very plain nothing mixed in with it just seemed like slightly cooked white rice. The Teriyaki chicken had very little Teriyaki luckily I had ordered some on the side. Crab wontons were really good with the sauce they came with very sweet. The side salad was the biggest let down for me all the lettuce was browning and not as fresh as I had expected for the price but still edible, in total we spent just under 60$ which is a little pricey but for the portions not bad would definitely recommend trying their food. 5/5 for their menus variety, 3.5/5 on the food taste and quality would've been higher if not for the rice and salad. 4/5 on the service food was ready on time and still hot when I made it home. 4.2/5 overall
