I will never eat at the Fayetteville West Virginia Taco Bell again and here Is why….
So today on my way home, I got nauseous (im pregnant go figure) so I pulled over to go to the Taco Bell in Fayetteville West Virginia. I went through the drive-through. I ordered a large Sprite …gave my gift card to the first taller, black lady my. Then she tries to hand me a bag. I’ll look at her and I say I’m sorry I ordered a large sprite. She goes. Oh OK turns around and starts talking to this other shorter black lady that’s probably 45 to 50 years old That lady says well we clearly asked her if she wanted a large fry after the first lady returns and gives me my large sprite and she told me a large fry and sprite was the same price so no refund was needed…. (I watched her she didn’t spit in it or anything lol )then after I got the sprite, I looked at her, and I looked at the black lady behind her that was being rude and said, and you can tell her and pointed to the short black woman I clearly said a large sprite that’s when the first lady starts being a jerk and shaking her head and waving her arms around and saying you’re not gonna talk to her like that that’s what I said I just did and drove off while the other short black lady was behind the first lady, waving her hands in the air like she was gonna fight somebody I hope she gets fired. She does not need to be dealing with the public. Taco Bell.
One thing you’re not gonna do is disrespect me to my face and get away with it… it’s not my fault you obviously hate your life… my mom was on the phone with me she heard the entire thing right down to the short black lady saying that she clearly asked if it was a large fry. This happened on 7/22/2025 at approximately 5pm I paid with a gift card. To be honest I feel like both was being racist because I’m white and they created a VERY hostile environment just in that few minutes… I hope...
Read moreFayetteville, wv Taco Bell!!! So, I ordered a quesadilla and 8 other items. When the lady asks if everything on my screen was correct, I said no I didn’t want a quesadilla I wanted a chicken chalupa. (My mistake) but the manager got on the speaker and said, you ordered a quesadilla and we already made it, so you have to pay for it. I said but I didn’t mean a quesadilla and you asked me if my order was correct? He said well when you order, I start making it right then, that’s fast food for you. I said, Oh, well if you’re gonna ask me if my order is correct and I can’t change it then what’s the point in asking me? He said because you’re the one that ordered it. So, I paid the almost $40 to get what I accidentally ordered and what I wanted!! He argued with me through the window and this was a male manager. Then he said have a good day sweetheart and shut the window in my face. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I have been at this place. I feel I shouldn’t have had to pay for something I didn’t want. Especially when I hadn’t even finished ordering. Aren’t you suppose to make changes at the speaker??? Good food Terrible service! Treat your customers with more respect! I’m not your...
Read moreI had the most BEAUTIFUL presentation of food at this taco bell yesterday. I opened my taco and said WOW it was so pretty and then there was the chalupa......it was just as pretty. I'm commenting about the presentation because we eat with our eyes first and the crew that prepared my meal deserves to be recognized. Most fast food places don't care about the looks of the food but I could tell these cats did. I tried doing a survey but kept getting kicked out of the comment boxes, I tried calling corporate, twice but couldn't get through. I've been eating taco bell since 1986, my first one being in fort Worth TX. This was hands down my BEST MEAL EVER at Taco Bell. Thanks guys!!! I'll be seeing you...
