I have made it my task, before this night ends, to ensure that this matter is addressed and rectified. Noticing a lot of things, going up to the window, there was already an issue through the drivethrough; which resulted in a broke down vehicle in the line. Okay, that is understood. But, when it comes to getting to the speaker itself- no one, i mean, NO ONE responded for a matter of 20minutes overall- leaving me no other choice but to order at the window. In which, I got to the window, and was approached by a lady with red hair... - she informed me that the window was not the place to take the order and when i stated that no one responded for a good 20 minutes; she was then asked to get the manager. Ashley, with whom, I am very familiar with- due to previous employment with you all- I feel that she needs the structure of understanding how to delegate, and rectifying situations upon making better decisions with her staff on the night crew. Understanding that closing shifts could be an issue, with maybe short staff, etc. But delegating the importance to all individuals to ensure everyone is on task is a major need for this whole store. Its shown, that the staff in this location doesnt have respect for the superiors- by any means at all. The guy, whom I did not collect his name, approached the window first, only to tell me that I must go and that the order could not be placed. Moving forward, Ashley stopped what she was doing to take my order, all in while, the SAME gentlemen, PROCEEDED TO MAKE AN ICE CREAM CONE FOR HIMSELF, LICKING IT BEHIND THE COUNTER, with shown proof that only ONE employee had on a mask. We are in the middle of a pandemic. This is obsurd. John Parker would not appreciate this type of behavior from anyone! And, its very unethical by all get out! Ashley, keep doing the best you can, delegate more, and only work WITH the ones who helps you enjoy your job. NOT ONES you have to work around!

Read moreThis time I chose to come in for service. No greeting the virtual ordering couldn't discount the order. The manager fixed a check order placed didn't even raise her head to greet. Then we stood there for about twenty minutes no line at all no other patrons inside waiting on food. Then the cashier who was to take the order comes from idk where hands full but he assisted with no apologetic demeanor. They had multiple conversations going employees just walking around but I guess this new thing you place your own order I see well when the order taker makes huge errors now the manager just fixes it and then new patrons all wait. If I have to wait can my food at least be warm not luke warm. I've worked in a McDonald's growing up I understand the nature of the duties. I questioned these new technology in place is a help or a hindrance. It can be a help if it worked properly with the assistance of a hired employee guidance to confirm accuracy. Surrounds are cleaned always but the nature of customer service has failed the formal greeting of gladness is gone. Will I accept it I may or may not but I don't care for drive through cause that's the issue order wrong still forty minute wait then extra attitude for person isn't helping. It usually takes 45 minutes to get to receive food but fast food has dropped to a terrible issue. I'm sad to have to acknowledge the terrible service but if I don't how can it not be changed. I believe they'll do it no I'm not going to leave my area for the food either. This experience will change and I'll pray it does. Regardless I wouldn't want it to be removed because of this day. These workers need there job but they also need to realize the job is to assist others and at least acknowledge we all count in some way...
Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars I would. I hate stopping at this McDonald's however, it is the most convenient location to where I live. I ordered 3 McChickens, a small fry, a chicken nugget kids meal w/ a chocolate milk, a hot fudge Sunday, and a sweet tea. I pull up to the window pay for my food and then proceed to the next window to pick up my order. As soon as I pull up to the next window the guy tells me to pull over to the 2nd spot he would bring my food out. Now normally you get your drinks and any condiments before you're told to park however this did not happen tonight. Within about 10 minutes I get the food. The girl who brings my food out didn't have any of my drinks or condiments. While I'm explaining this to her she is more concerned about who my son is that is sitting next to me. I literally sat in the reserve spot waiting an additional 35 minutes for the rest of my order while I watched them serve other people in the drive thru and other people going in-and-out of the establishment. I sent my son in to grab the tea, the milk, and the ice cream Sunday and he stands in line for 15 more minutes just to get DRINKS... Every single time I go to this location my order is wrong or they never give me everything that I have already paid for. This location seriously needs to shut down and work on their customer service or just getting people's orders right I am tired of paying for food that I do not get. I know they don't care but I will NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION ANOTHER DIME. WAITING AN HOUR FOR A $13 ORDER IS ABSURD...not to mention we still didn't get the chocolate milk for...
