The place looks plain on the outside. Even a little uninviting. Maybe because of the high crime rate in Fayetteville. We’re not from the area but we see many news stories of shootings in Fayetteville. The walls and half walls up the windows are covered in corrugated galvanized steel. It’s installed well and looks cool. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. One concern was a staff member washing cups, utensils and dishes by hand in a sink. No really hot sterilizing dishwasher. We had scrambled eggs bacon, biscuit and country fried steak eggs, hash browns and pancake. Scrambled eggs weren’t mixed so they were all yellow. Just kinda scrambled on the grill while cooking. Leaving them lumps of white and yellow. Bacon and hash browns were a bit undercooked for me. I like it crispy. I suppose I should have asked them to make it that way. Country fried steak okay but had to much pepper in the gravy even for my wife and she likes spicy food. She didn’t finish it. Biscuits were not fluffy. Just tasted like a mouthful of lard like most restaurants in NC. I only took one bite. Pancake was good. And servers were friendly. The place flooded with city employees at lunch time. We counted 7 city vehicles in the parking lot on the way out. We are NOT native North Carolinians. So if you grew up eating your food this way you will probably like it.

New to the area and this was my first time visiting this spot. We went in a Sat morning, close to closing time (because I read wrong opening hours) but the people still provided super customers service and quality food (for some reason I keep seeing that people expect bad customer service and food quality around closing times around here,LOL) but ANYWAY The people were nice, the sweet tea was sweet, prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious! Biscuits melt in your mouth, everything cooked to perfection. I love breakfast food and was definitely satisfied after leaving this place. The portion sizes are decent. It was nice and clean on the inside. I don't know what I expected the inside to look like but was pleasantly surprised, it was a nice vibe. Will definitely return and would recommend!

Recently redone interior with a very clean look. Open friendly employees and manager. Nice menu. I had the breakfast steak with eggs and hashbrowns. The steak was wonderful, juicy and cooked perfectly to order. We had a party of 8 and no problems at all. Everyone left full, happy and planning our next visit. Just went back on 04/05/2022 and it just keeps getting better. Went back June 16th. Still a great staff and great food!

Came here for lunch today. One waitress and one cook working, about 5 tables were seated along with a couple of walk ins for pickup. I thought the waitress was overworked. She had to basically do everything but cook. The cook was calling out that orders were ready while the waitress was on the phone taking orders. People were waiting on their food because the waitress was already busy either on the phone or taking an order from a 3 or 4 person's table. Seems to me like the cook could've helped with the food to the table or at least have another person there for drinks and the phone. My food was good even though the tomatoes on my sandwich were not ripe...
