4yrs later update: It took our family at least 4yrs to try this place again and we had an improved experience with quality so I bumped up the star review to 3. It was an improvement but not our personal preference for gourmet pizza. Worth a try to see what you get. Reviews seem to vary on who’s working that shift so consistency doesn’t seem to be priority. Again, worth a try to make your own decision. Staff was friendly enough. Food wasn’t anything special. I’m having difficulty wrapping my brain around the other reviews. Not worth $48 before tax for 2 pizzas and an app. Ordered and paid online, got confirmation email, received the second confirmation email saying our order will take just under 1hr for 2 pizzas. That info would have been nice upfront. Sauce was scarce. More scarce than an average pizza. Crust is a dry crisp on the outside with a little fluff inside. Most crust parts are cracker dry/hard. All in all everything lacked deep flavor. Pretzel cheese dip was good, pretzel was plain with a hard outer layer. Not worth the price in our personal opinion. We decided this pizza lies just above quality/flavor of Little Cesar’s. First time customer but we won’t be repurchasing again due to our preference.

Great pizza. Great service. Convenient location (for us Eastsiders). Crust is not fried in grease or butter, fresh ingredients, love the cheese and sauce. Comfortable environment. Wasn’t sure it was family friendly at first (with a bit of a bar feeling and motief), but it’s definitely for families and fun. Great service for kids (kid’s coloring materials and such). We’ll be back. Just sad we waited three + years to try it.

Tim’s Pizza is the best in Fayetteville! My partner and I try a new pizza place each week, but Tim’s is our go-to comfort pizza. With high-quality ingredients and consistent flavor, we’ve ditched the ordinary franchise chains. The classic pepperoni with their special crust is a must-try, and the price is worth it!

For starters, this was actually a 1/2 star restaurant at best.... here's why:

Number one: we didn't have the same person come to our table more than once. And when we needed service, we had to flag them down, because they were on their phones or chilling at the bar socializing with each other. Number two: pizza mediocre at best. Crust was hard. Canadian bacon was ground to a pulp, and there was little to no pepperoni on our pizza that listed both clearly on the ingredients list for the one we chose. Number three: I had to get my own damn to go box. And thank goodness I could see them(because I'm not paying $30 for anything I don't get to take home) because for the life of me I wasn't going to see a member of the staff to ask. Number four: My momma taught me to be polite, but I'm sorry Jesus, I lied.... when the staff member asked us how it was, we all mumbled, "it was good", needless to say, It was terrible. Number five: the table we would have been most comfortable at in the almost hour and a half we spent sitting at tims, was dirty upon arrival and sat un-bussed for almost the entire time we were there. Number six: CHEESY BREAD IS NOT BREADSTICKS COVERED IN DAMN DELI CHEESE. Also, p.s. we ordered regular breadsticks. Also 3 is not half of 5. Also listening to your customers is a very important.

Our experience was terrible, but I hear the origins don't suck so bad. Tiny tims on the square will be our next stop. Hear they have a different owner hope that spells a better dinner...

I've been here several times and have always gotten mediocre service which is fine whatever, the food is good. When I went for my daughter's birthday(8yo) we got our drinks everything was fine but we didn't get our appetizer for an HOUR! And then we got our meal two minutes later neither were brought by our server we had to ask the COOK for plates and silverware all while people who came in much later than us are noticeably getting better service. I hate being rude but our server didn't check up on us until we were done eating when I told her we had a problem she made the other server some check on us. I always tip 20% even for mediocre service but this Was blatant disrespect because I had 3 children with me and im sure she thought I wouldn't tip. To conclude I'll be frank if you want speedy service do not come here if you're down to chill and wait an hour for your appetizers despite a nearly empty restaurant this is the...
