I love DQ, We always going there 3 times a week. Because of 6pcs original yummy Chicken and Turtle Pecan. We invite our friends to going there because of yummy 6pcs Chicken and Turtle PECAN LARGE ALWAYS MY ORDER. But the bad thing is lately I don't know what happen... it's happen twice my Turtle PECAN IS NO PECAN... and taste terrible because of NO PECAN..So everytime i going to DQ I told to the cashier please dont forget to put the PECAN in my TURTLE PECAN ORDER...yesterday Dec. 18, 2024 at 4:50pm... We have the same order all the time 6pcs Chicken Meal and TURTLE PECAN... THERE IS NO PECAN... only chocolate chips in my order. So I did is I talk to the cashier it's happen again in my TURTLE PECAN ORDER... NO PECAN and I show that to her but the OLD LADY IS THE ONE WHO COME TO ME WITH BAD ATTITUDE... And she said only 4 spoon in the the PECAN only she said that... i dont care if 4 spoon or 10 spoon... my care is NO PECAN IN MY ORDER.. I show to her NO PECAN... common sense if there is PECAN I DONT NEED TO COMPLAIN... and she keep repeated only 4 spoon in the PECAN.. THE OLD LADY WITH BAD ATTITUDE IS VERY BOSSY to command THROW THAT PECAN in the garbage and I will give another one to you... Dairy Queen's employees' professionalism varies from day to day. Some days the employees are very kind, and go out of their way to help you, and other days you're lucky if you can get them to take your order. If you get them to take your order, you'll usually hear about how much they hate their co workers or hate cooking a certain food, etc. It takes them an incredibly long time to cook your order (which is understandable to a point because it's cooked to order). Even if you just order a blizzard, it takes forever. If you want to eat there, you can sit in their ridiculously hard booths or at one of their uncomfortable tables. Neither of which have been cleaned for what looks like days. I recommend cleaning the tables yourself before eating. Overall, the food is good (especially the cheese curds), the Blizzards are great, the staff is nice half of the time, the booths are hard but not unbearable. The price is a little high. Read moreI was thrilled when I learned that our local Dairy Queen extended their hours. My partner and I made plans to visit the place for a special treat to conclude our date night. We ordered using the mobile app in the morning to pick up our order later that night, so it would be ready, and we wouldn't have to wait in line. When I arrived, I told the lady at the counter that I had a mobile order, and she asked me if I was Shaun. I answered positively, and then she told me that the machines for making blizzards or shakes were down for the past two days, and they couldn't make any. She apologized, but what irritated me was the fact that they didn't have our items ready, and no one contacted me in advance. I wondered how I could store order things they didn't even have. I asked for a refund, but since I didn't have my credit card with me, I couldn't get one. The lady offered me a regular soft serve ice cream, which was not only less expensive than a Blizzard, but it was also not what I wanted. I contacted Dairy Queen customer service, but they didn't offer any compensation for my troubles. Instead, they asked me to contact the store with any issues.
