A fun summer tradition when we're at the lake. Kitschy, vintage decor and a place that loves to play on their "z" whenever they can. Their nacho plate is huge and a hit with everyone in our family. Their pizza is good- just doesn't rank as an all-time family favorite. Offer other menu items like tacos as well. Location on the lake is great! If you live on Ottertail, a treat to be able to dock your boat on the spot. Parking can be tricky, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when many end up parking along a narrow two lane road in front of the restaurant. Small lot across the street. Deck seating a wonderful option in good weather, but better keep an eye on radar! We've been rained out...then things get dicey if the inside restaurant is full. Self serve mostly: order at the counter...get your own tableware and non-alcoholic drinks...alcohol gotten at the bar...servers bring you your food and boxes at the end if needed. Known for their shirts, sweatshirts, and printed plastic cups you can take with you. Our cabin has an amazing supply that works great for family...
Read moreAbsolutely love Zorbaz!! Great place to stop for an awesome and fun meal after biking in Glendelough State Park near Battle Lake. I was with my wife, son, and daughter-in-law. We had a great time!! Clean. Love the lake vibe and atmosphere, so cool!! We sat outside until the bees were too much (which you can't control bees this time of year). Love sitting outside lakeside!! We devoured a full order of nachos with beef. So good and so worth it. A group of four can handle it, but if you are a party less than four I suggest the half order. Loved the salsa. Wish they had a bit more beef and toppings maybe layered with all the chips. You end up with a lot of chips at the end with little to no toppings or salsa left. We also ordered a gluten free crust barbeque chicken pizza and it was to die for!!! So cheesy! Lots of barbeque sauce. And the gluten free crust was the best ever! Can't wait to stop by again next time we are...
Read moreThe food is great! HOWEVER one of the bartenders was extremely rude. When we got there, we specifically asked if dogs were allowed inside. Many employees passed us and didn't say anything. The bartender then proceeded to click at my friend as if she was the dog and said "out". When we told her another employee said it was okay she was extremely rude and gave us attitude. It is NOT a problem that dogs aren't allowed inside, it's the fact that since we ordered our food, she gave us nothing but attitude. We asked for a lime upon ordering and she REFUSED even though we had an alcoholic beverage. Plus the manager did not care that her customer service was AWFUL. Will never come to this location ever again 👎👎👎👎 and Abby, Amy, whatever your name is I truly hope you get fired and start attending therapy. No need to take your anger out on...
