Arby's — Restaurant in Fernley

This is the worst fast food place I have eaten at in a long time. First, I specifically asked the cashier what comes on the wrap, and he did not list onions. Since I could see them in the picture, I continued to say, "I'll get it with no onions please." While waiting for our order they dropped the entire order because the employee stacked the heavy items on top within the bag and does not understand basic physics. They had to restart making the order while our fries got cold. Who I belive to be the manager, she told the cashier to tell us that the food would be late. The same cashier that is illiterate (could not properly read the list of ingredients on the screen infront of him) replied that the customers had left. No, we were standing right there. They remade the order and we began to drive home after we had already been driving for ten hours that day. I opened my wrap to find plenty of onions and a piece of cardboard in my wrap. Another member of my party opened his "gyro" only to find out it was yet another wrap with onions. Arby's has been one of my favorite fast food places but this experience has left me sorely disappointed. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION. While I will grant that Arby's AS A WHOLE is an awesome chain, this location is a complete FLOP!! I have stopped in here a few times over the last few years. Today (15 March) was the worst!

Not enough employees to handle order taking as well as the other responsibilities. I, along with the 2 people that ordered after me received the same "I will be with you in a moment " greetings. Understandable, until he walks to the back each time... I ordered the new Mac and cheese bites and told it would me a 4 1/2 minutes wait as none were ready at the moment. I agreed to wait, it sounded reasonable, almost 20 minutes later to get my order I also ordered a French dip, and as he was handing me my finished order, he then told me, "By the way, we're out of Aus jouix..." WHO WANTS A FRENCH DIP WITH OUT, I DO NOY KNOW, THE DIP? Watered down Coke machine No tea made, sweet, or unsweetened. Old, cold, broken half full "large" curly fries

I get in there and order my food which was a roast turkey ranch bacon sandwich with meal and a French dip and swiss with meal one with curly fries and one with potato cakes. The lady taking the order was highly irritated at everything mostly because she had not take her 10 minute break and was wanting to take it and kept bugging everybody saying that she has not taken it yet. Six people came in behind me with separate orders and all of them got their orders before my potato cakes were even dropped in the fryer. My food was also the last food made behind the counter as well. The young man doing the fries and potato cakes went as slow as he possibly could no sense of urgency or customer service at all. I have came here a few times and always got good service in the past I am very disappointed in this experience. Side note the curly...
