Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fillmore

This is the first time I have ever wanted my money back for fast food. My husband and I lead busy lives and eat fast food way more than we should, so we know that fast food is pretty hit and miss and hey, we know that we're getting what we pay for. It's fast food, we don't expect too much. However I did not feel that this food, service, or the time it took me to stop there was worth one cent of my money. The tables were dirty and so were the bathrooms. My husband went to the restroom and said they were out of paper towels. The lemonade tasted SUPER watered down, the Powerade was also a little watered down tasting, and the coke was flat. On top of the drinks being flat/watered down they were also warm. The ice machine was either broken or having a hard time keeping up with the the customers because there was no ice and the whole time we were there we heard the motor going but no ice coming out each time someone went to get a drink. And we were there for a while; we waited at LEAST 30 minutes for our food. Not fast or convenient at all. When we finally got our food. Our fries were not even filled up all the way. What's the point of ordering a large combo meal if they don't fill up your fries and the drinks are disgusting??? The food was mediocre at best. Me, my mother and sister got there at 8:45 mind you this place is supposed to close at 10 o’clock pm. When we ordered the lady was very rude. Me and my sister weren’t very hungry and we’re only getting fries while my mother was getting one of the five dollar meals. My mom asked us if we wanted normal or waffle fries, but before we could even answer the lady yelled at us and told us we couldn’t choose a different type of fry with the five dollar meal. If that wasn’t bad enough when we got a Fanta drink it was almost completely out of flavor, we ended up dumping out our drink and getting something else. Fast forward 14 minutes. My mother is in the bathroom while I’m cleaning up out stuff. I tell my sister that now we can go to the bathroom since we cleaned up. She nodded and as we were headed to the bathroom were told that they were closing and had to quickly finish up. Keep in mind it’s only nine and this place doesn’t close until 10. My mom comes out and I tell her we’re gonna put my sisters fries in the car. When we get outside they quickly close the door behind us and lock it leaving us locked outside an hour before...

Worst fast food experience. We got to the drive through. We’re told it would be just a minute. After 10 minute we asked if they were still there. They said yes. We asked if we could order. Gave them the two burgers we wanted to order and told them we had a coupon from the app. They said they didn’t know how to do them and they had to delete the order and to come to the window. We drove up and waited at least 5 more minutes and the window was open. Saw someone in the back but no one else. Then the guy walked right passed the window to the dining room and didn’t even acknowledge us so we left. There wasn’t another person in the drive thru ahead of us and it was 12:30. Took nearly 15 minutes in a fast food drive through that was empty and never even got our order taken and the guy didn’t know how to take our app coupon and even forgot we were sitting at the window waiting.
