Shakes--5 stars, the mini size is an amazing value for the quantity you get. I love my special banana and marshmallow cream with extra marshmallow cream but be forwarded the extra flavoring costs more so I'm charged twice for the marshmallow cream since it's 2 helpings of it--i think it is worth it

Sweet potato fries--5 stars, always fresh, great flavor alone or with fry sauce. I would definitely love if I could get a bigger size as I am gluten free and they have no gluten free main course items so I get the sweet potato fries as my main course and the shake as my side

So why only 3 stars?

I realize that our town is struggling to produce employees so this is not entirely the restaurants fault BUT they are eternally understaffed

I have lived here 7 months and at first the drive thru closed because they had issues with the alert or speaker so they couldn't take orders but after they supposidly fixed that they still close the drive thru repetitively because they don't have enough employees working that shift to staff the drive thru

I really crave my banana marshmallow cream shake so eventually I give in, park the car and go in and as much as I love my shake I always regret walking into the dinning room--be prepared to wait

You wait to order, you wait for others to order so the cashier can prepare and give you your items and even then I tend to get one item then wait for the next and heaven forbid you forget to ask for extra sauce or need an additional item--you will wait for that also

Plan on spending atleast 45 minutes just to get your food, do NOT try going on a 30 min lunch break

The great news, I do not remember them ever making an actual error on my super simple order and it's always fresh so when I have the time to wait I do stop on by from time to time but recently If the drive thru is closed I just go home and make me something there

Oh, and Incase you want to try and avoid the wait by calling a head and placing an order via phone call, I work in the same parking lot of this establishment and have tried multiple times to call so I can run by and pick up the order but nobody has ever answered the phone so I'm not sure if the number listed is even their phone number

Oh, all the employees they do have are extra nice, I do NOT blame them for the wait time, it's the lack of available employees due to our towns decreasing work force but even though I do not blame the employees i wouldn't feel right giving the place 5 stars as it feels like a lie

Also, my man wants absolutely nothing to do with this place, before we got together he got shakes from there on 2 occasions and both times he ended up sicker than sick stuck on the toilet. On my trips there he has tried numerous entrees to see if they could redeem themselves but usually ends up feeding it to our dog, he would not recommend at all and actually is surprised I am still willing to go but it is the only place I can get my favorite kind of shake and obviously I'm a...

I'm torn between 2 and 3 stars. I've eaten at other Iceberg locations and I was disappointed with the service here. We ordered onion rings with our order and confirmed the order twice and then when the order number was yelled out, we didn't have any onion rings - apparently they didn't charge us for them though. We took the remember of the food, minus the shakes and proceeded to eat. A little while later, I noticed a shake sitting on their counter and started wondering where ours was. The other family with us got their shakes with their meals. I went up to the counter, had to wait for the rest of the line to order (as they only had one lady working the counter) and then when my turn came up, she wasn't sure where my shake was. After discussing it with the cooks, they determined that the shake sitting on the counter (melting) was my shake. I ordered a mixed Snickers & Butterfinger shake, but this particular shake had a very strong Oreo flavor with the occasional chunk of Snickers or Butterfinger. Despite the large portion (especially for a "mini") I was disappointed with the flavor. I've had combined Snickers & Butterfinger shakes before at other places and liked the flavor, but I did not enjoy this one. Shame on me for not leaving... Went thru the drive thru and waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged, ordered a rodeo burger, a foot long and two orders of rings. No drinks, or ice cream a very simple order. After a few minutes was asked to "repeat that". I did and after a long pause was told it was $18 and change. Pulled to the window after waiting behind two cars. Got to the window and another five minutes before someone opened the window. I missed my chance, should have drove off then. They finally opened the window and asked me "what did you order?" not hi or any greeting. Another clue I should have left. I tell them my simple order and now it is $24 and change. I pay them and then wait another 5 minutes, they open the window, "what was your order?". This time it was the manager asking. They had my money now and the manager was involved, this couldn't get any worse. We had now been waiting for 30 mins. They open the window and hand us "the bag". No apology for the wait a thank you or any form of communication. We drive off and open "the bag", a hamburger (not a rodeo burger), two orders of rings, no foot long, a napkin and no receipt (with a phone number). Save your time and money.
