Happy At The Bay #16 — Restaurant in Fircrest

So today I decided instead of eating subway to go here my last experience was so wonderful I decided why not! Big mistake on my part when I walked in she offered me sweet and sour chicken I didn't think anything of it continue to look at the menu and decided on general Tao's chicken, I ask her for my order to go I paid for my food and in less than five minutes my order was ready, that's mighty funny to me because the last time I ordered food from there it took over 15 minutes which I'm fine with because that just means that it's going to be fresh, so I get my food not thinking anything of it I Drive home and I live less than 10 minutes away sit down and proceeded to open my food take the first bite and it was soggy and then it dawned on me that the food was sitting there and it was sweet and sour chicken and not general Tao's chicken! so I called back so that she could correct this, and she then got mad and hung up in my face after she told me she would not give me my money back, I will not go there again and I suggest that you don't either save your time and save your money! I am very upset because the first time I went I loved it but my instincts told me don't write a review until the third time you go because the third time is always the charm it only took two times for me to realize I won't be...

We ordered DoorDash Happy at the Bay #16 last night, and it was SO GOOD. My boyfriend and I ordered two taro bubble teas with tapioca; they were both a perfect thickness, the tapioca was tender, and the flavor was delicious. He ordered chicken teriyaki, and I got a chicken and pork combo. We both got HUGE servings! The chicken was tender, well cooked (moist, good sear) and the teriyaki sauce is super flavorful and classic. The pork was amazing; I actually only ate the pork and saved my chicken for leftovers. I usually don’t write reviews after the first visit, but this place utterly deserves acknowledgement and denying them is a crime :) the customer service is wonderful and the young lady behind the counter is incredibly decorous and friendly. She went beyond her way to appease my 5 Years old and added a couple of free bees to our order. The food is amazingly tasty and fresh (didn’t taste any msgs or too much grease.) They have mastered to creat the perfect recipe. I tried the beef teriyaki and chicken pad Thai and they are both different and wonderful.
