Paleteria Polar — Restaurant in Firebaugh

I have been here many times since I live here in Firebaugh. Before this current owners, they had kind people and workers. Now, today, LAURA!!!! Horrible horrible customer service. First off, Laura was attending me, my nephew, and my mother in law. My nephew got 2 scoop in a waffle cone with cookies and cream and chocolate. His icecream had a mixture of something yellow in it. They clearly don’t wash the ice cream scoopers. Then I got a 2 scoop of cookies and cream and chocolate and I had a mixture of cotton candy! Like what??? How can they be so dirty! Then we asked for a gaspacho it’s a new item on their menu. We asked for it and then asked if it can orange juice and extra cheese. LAURA turns and says, she’s gonna charge you the extra cheese. I’m not asking you, I’m kindly telling you add EXTRA PLEASE!!! And she’s worried about charging me. I’ll PAY FOR THEM!! I don’t need her attitude or anything. Just be kind and I’ll be kind. I’m always kind. But it pisses me off how someone can be a manager and treat others bad. Grow up lady!...

Me and a friend walked in and she told us we had to wear a mask very rudely so we said ok and left to my house 15 minutes away got a mask and went back in and noticed there was a family not wearing a mask ordering but we didn't want any problems so we stayed quiet we ordered and we asked for a cone and she gave it to us in a cup I mentioned it and she looked at me and said or did...

Don't order the tostilocos from here not so good they put repollo, Japanese nuts, porkskin, chamoyo, valentina, cucumber, sour cream and of course the chips but what was upsetting was that it had no limon or jicama or mango not ordering that again. But what I do recommend is ice cream that is good. If I could post a picture of the tostilocos I got I would doesn't look...
