Today I was getting mechanic work done on my vehicle and so my 10-year-old daughter, and I went to Colette’s bar for lunch, as if you are familiar with this little town of Firth there’s pretty much nothing other than a gas station, a bar, credit union, a mechanic shop And a drink shack. I love the fact that they are child friendly. I enjoyed very much the Philly cheesesteak and tater tots. My daughter had the cheeseburger with added bacon and she said it was the best she has had. And she loves bacon hamburgers. We stayed for the three hours until my car was finished. Not once were we rushed out of there or felt like we did not belong . They provide devices free of charge that the children can play games on. We definitely plan on returning for either lunch or dinner again. (4 stars only because when we walked in the AC was at 76 and we were comfortable. About 45 mins in, the cook wearing a sweatshirt asked the tall waitress to turn it down to 72. (We were sitting at the table right under the AC as it were the only table open).. my daughter and I then started getting cold. My feet especially. Cool ended up removing her sweatshirt after this but kept the air turned down).

Clean, bright atmosphere with friendly, hometown service. Collets has been remodeled and received well. However, their "Collet Burger" and fries are far removed from the legendary burgers of the past. The service was friendly. The beer was cold though.

Small town bar that reminds me of the Midwest! Super friendly, great drinks, and awesome atmosphere. Burgers and fries, and more! Pool tables, darts, and karaoke! Make the trip to Firth to check this bar out!

My husband, nephew, and I go there often. The food is always great. Service is awesome, and the owners genuinely care about their customers. For a little pub, you honestly can't go wrong with Collett's. My husband and I travel from Idaho Falls to Firth for the atmosphere they have. You are never rushed to eat and get out. My granddaughter loves their finger steaks, chicken tenders, and Cod. There's something for everyone on the menu. They try new things to see what people want. I just cannot say enough...

It's like finding warm hearth in the woods during a tremendous snowfall. Casual and homey. People are friendly and open for conversation. Two pool tables, and an online dart board. In response to a review one month ago:

"Local mojo going on there. Not impressed. You'd think they want more customer base. The way I felt when I left it will be a cold day in hell before I go back.".

I'm not local and was welcomed openly. The place itself doesn't categorize as impressive, it just is by...
