Country Pizza — Restaurant in Fitchburg

I was lured in with a free cheese pizza. I ordered other items and arrived early for my order. There was only one other person there. Over 15 people were served as my food sat on the oven during my 30 minute wait. Not once did anyone come out to wipe a table or straighten the eating area. When I finally approached them and reminded them about my order I discovered I’d been staring at it sitting on the oven as I paced back and forth for half an hour. With no apology for the delay they handed me the food that had sat there almost my entire 30 minute wait. I actually paid and went to my car. I almost cried. The fried mushrooms were hard and literally cold. I tried one- burst of cold slimy mushroom juice in breading. I went back in and returned them. The pizza was cold greasy and limp. The Italian sub was fatty thinly sliced meat with little flavor. The meal was beyond bad. The wait unreasonable and there was zero customer service....

My first time trying this restaurant, just moved here and this is the first place we've tried. I had high hopes for this place because of the good reviews and rating. Unfortunately it wasn't so great. I got a large super veggie pizza with pepperoni and an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza had 5 slices of pepperoni. Veggies were fine but at 16" you'd think the pizza would have more than that. There was very very little sauce and what seemed to be a quarter inch of cheese in some spots and next to nothing in others. The mozzarella sticks is where it got me. They come with 6 sticks for $7. They were cold in the middle and still in "string cheese form". I bit into it and it was hard so I pulled away to bite it off and the whole thing peeled like a regular cheese stick. It wasn't melted at all. At over $1 a stick you'd think that they'd be cooked correctly. A pizza, mozzarella sticks and two sodas, $34 I don't...

I order from Country pizza every Friday night. We just ordered two large steak bomb grinders This evening. My steak grinder had barely any steak in them. I found 3 Pieces of mushrooms and 3 itty bitty onions And no cheese. These grinders are so inconsistent. I’ve ordered them in the past and they’re either very full of steak with tons of Grizzle with so much grease that is unbearable to eat. Since it so close to home, I patronizes this place every Friday night. They are extremely busy and charging almost $13 for a large cheese grinder to find this is what they offer when you receive it. I’m sorry to say that I’ve given them endless count of money to only Receive less than standard food. I really always kept on hoping that they get their act together and be consistent. Sorry to say I’ll have to say goodbye. I wish them the best, but I will never order food from...
