A massive amount of flies by the trash bin, which is located right next to bagels, and Croissants, and other food items, all of which were uncovered. (20) She came to where Jillian was helping me and said, āWooosa,ā which is used almost to say, āI need patience.ā thatās when I asked whether you guys have a manager. She then responded with an unprofessional tone, āNo, but Iām the team leader.ā I said to her she should not be. I pointed out the flies and she went on to argue with me ā there flies everywhere you goā not in a food service environment which is supposed to kept clean. She proceeded to take a container with croissants and place them right on top of the bagels on the other container. Additionally there was a pile of trash on the floor and the trash was likely there since the start of the shift which explains the flies. I would not recommend, red head girl should be demoted and make Jillian the team lead. Customer service goes a long way and so does cleanness! If you don't like your job, give it to someone that...

The old staff last Year was much better it has a new manager now and the bickering behind the counter gets in the way of their work. My food was done before my coffee was even ready due to thier wonderful conversation. Not to mention i watched the manager spill half my drink, and it almost tasted like she just filled it with water instead of actually filling it with coffee again...or even better instead of making a whole new one. Not enough ice in the cup. Not even the right lid for that matter (the used a coolata lid for an ice coffee). Solid to say ill be visiting another dunkin' till this one get their stuff together.
The Food is okay now and then, it wont be cooked long enough from time to time
The old staff even had a plaque in the window showing they had such fast service. And the quality of product was much better. Dont understand what happened. FIX...

I prefer using a moka pot (greca), since it matches my taste for stronger coffee. But one day, I stopped at the Dunkinā located at Exit 95, at the gas station off Route 2. Out of curiosity, I asked about the Pistachio Signature Latte, and I decided to try it.
This is the only Dunkinā Iāve gone back to specifically for that coffee, because they actually understand what I want to drink. They get that Iām paying for flavor, not for watered-down coffee.
Iāve tried two or three other locations, but I havenāt had the pleasure of drinking an iced coffee made as well as they make it at this one.
