This morning (5/16/18) I was with my 13 y.o son and placed 3 orders (originally 2 but cashier messed up) we had received all but a bag of 2 wake up wraps & hash browns. One of the workers rudely told him he was all set and had all his food. I checked the bags in FRONT of workers and showed we were missing said food and the young man behind the counter looked at my son and asked what he did with the bag because he knows he gave him all the food. I said I just showed you all we had, We don't have the food in question. They had me go get my receipts from the cashier (they don't give them for some reason) and as I got back they gave him a bag and said "see we gave it to you" I then said why just give it to him and yet you accused him of taking food?? One of the girls response was "take your food and go or I'll call security" I took my almost 20.00 worth and happened to stop a manager from Great Wold Lodge who took care of the situation, apologized and even gave me my money back. SheSwas amazing at handling the situation, she even gave me a hug I was so upset. I highly suggest you retrain your employees on how to treat children in a "kid friendly" environment. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'll just tell you about the last two times I went through the drive through. The previous time, I ordered two sweet pepper bacon sandwiches, one for me, one for my friend. We get on the highway and realize we both got just plain sausage sandwiches (which I can't stand, but we ate them). I called a few days later to complain but they said they won't fix my order unless I call same day. The very last time I went through the drive thru, the woman at the window handed me my hot coffee in a cup that was partially crushed on one side, and the lid was lined up with the crushed part. I didn't think anything of it until the coffee poured down the side of the cup and almost got all over my clothes. Mind you, I was on my way to a job interview, so I wasn't very happy. I called to complain. The girl asked me why I didn't notice the cup was crushed before I started drinking out of it š¤¦āāļø Girl, you guys have one job. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ate there this morning. Two of their staff had called out sick so they were understaffed. However, every employee was working very hard and focused. They were under a lot of pressure and still managed to stay calm and courteous. I put my order in through the kiosk nearby and received my food in less than 15 minutes. The hotel restaurant doesn't open until 8:00 a.m., so many parents with young children waking up early are trying to get breakfast there, leading to a large crowd and huge pressure for the staff. The quality of the food here was also much better than any other Dunkin' donuts I've been to. I expect the food at all d&d to be the same, but i've been disappointed at other locations with cheese that wasn't melted or sandwiches sloppily put together. The food at this...
