Hardee's — Restaurant in Flagg Township

I arrived at this location at 6:05 AM and was greeted by Crystal, who was working at the register. I asked her how many calories are in the Famous Star burger, to which she replied that she didn’t know and that I could check the pamphlet on the wall. However, that pamphlet only had information for individual ingredients. I asked if she could show me the nutritional information for that specific burger, but she said she didn’t know. Then I tried to order the burger, but she told me they couldn’t make it at that time because they were only serving breakfast. However, I’ve ordered the same burger at other locations during the same hours. I then asked if I could place the order through the Hardee’s app, but she said this location doesn’t accept app orders....

I'm a local and come to loves almost daily and the service at Hardee's is almost the worst I've seen yesterday stood at the counter for 4 min never seen a soul today no biscuits for 7 min I'm told for goodness sake it's biscuit month and no biscuits not sure if they got new managers or what but it has really gone down hill .. Sad because I like Hardee's breakfast but not worth the hassle might as well get a dog off the roller if your hungry cause you'll starve waiting on the sleeping beauties here. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but when does one person just say not Even going to try any more . Please help Hardee's love the food but service needs help ..A.S.A.P maybe a new leader how do you not have biscuits at...

Update... its a good place for breakfast and dinner. The food is really good. I didn't know they changed there hours. Being in a 24 hour fuel station I thought they would stay open during all this pandemic going on. In my defense they had all there lights on like they were open and taking customers. ........................ Sat in drive threw for 10 minutes. Backed up and pulled up again. No one took my order. Crept by the window and there where two people standing at the cash register. Didn't even acknowledge me. Thought they where 24 hours. If they are closed they need to turn lights off. I have not been able to eat at Hardee's for a while. If it's not being ignored, there credit cards machines are down,...
