I have purchased from Fratelli, all locations, for many years, with satisfactory product and service. Recently though...
Strike 1: I ordered one pizza and was told 35 minutes until ready. After an hour and 25 minutes waiting on site, and being told twice that my order was lost, I walked up to the counter to get my money back. The server was carrying my (cold) pizza to the register as I approached. I said "that was just in time, I was coming to get my money back." I took home the cold pizza I had already paid for. In the meantime, my family had to leave town to catch a flight before I returned home with their dinner. Strike 2: I call on another night when friends are over at my house, and discover the server "flagged" me such that I could no longer order from Fratelli. I called back and asked for the manager, explained the situation, and was told they would have a manager-meeting the next day, and call me back. They never called back. I had one of the visiting friends order our pizza, and it showed up with no sauce. None, not kidding. Strike 3: Friends over again, a few weeks later, we ordered a pizza (another friend ordered, because I am still “banned”) and everyone who ate pizza was sick the next day with nausea and diarrhea.
It is a longer drive for me, but I’m going to stick with NiMarco’s from now on. I give 2 stars instead of 1 star, because the company has historically...

The family was wanting pizza during our stay in Flagstaff and Fratelli's Pizza offered gluten free crust for my beautiful wife. We were a little cautious because of some reviews of bad service and unfriendly staff. Well whoever left those reviews are most likely clinically insane! We were greeted with smiles and friendly service that was beyond compare. We ordered some breadsticks with cheese sauce as an appetizer, a small 1/2 sausage & 1/2 pepperoni gluten free pizza and a large 1/2 sausage & 1/2 pepperoni traditional pizza. MY GOD!! If heaven exists.. we must have died and showed up at heavens gates otherwise known as... Fratelli's Pizza. The food was better than God's holiest creation of life itself! All staff that we had any kind of interaction with were beyond friendly! I highly recommend not listening to those who are beyond help.. anyone that ever complained about this devine establishment..and eat at Fratelli's Pizza! When my time comes and the good Lord calls me home... the one and only thing I want to see... is the Fratelli's Pizza menu!
Thank you for making my life worth living!!!
P.S. They were a little pricey but was definitely worth it.
P.S.S. Also they didn't have any "Waa Waa Crybaby Noodles" for my son.. even after I promised him he...
Read moreI am sorry to say that after a decade of really loving Fratelli's, we are going to have to switch pizza parlors. While their crust is still excellent, and I love their house salad, they have started cutting corners on the ingredients, and it shows. I suspect that they are trying to keep their prices from going up too fast, which I understand, but there is a limit. Over a year ago they switched the Italian sausage to something which does not taste like Italian sausage at all. That meant no more "the works", or another favorite, sausage and mushroom. Since then our standby has been the margherita, which used to have a very nice pesto sauce on it. Two pizzas ago I noticed that something was off. Last night we had it again, and noticed that the pesto did not taste right. By taking a bite of just pesto sauce I figured out the issue: there was very little basil in the pesto, with a lot of something else green. I think it was actually spinach. So I am sorry, Fratelli's, but we are going to have to go to your competitor, even though it is quite a...
