Dont order today!!!! Placed an order today and after waiting over an hour it finally got here. I never had no issues until today. Opened the first pizza box and the pizza so burnt u could clearly see the charred crust and bacon. Opened the second and it was the same.

So i called and the guy that answered was rude when i mentioned it and said hes not dealing with it put the phone down and was talking rude and said some shady remarks. Someone by the name of steph picked up and said she was a manager. I asked her if they had oven issues. She said yes and they are super busy. I said so you know that you have oven issues and rather than tell people or push the pizzas up a bit further your going to send out burnt pizzas? She said, listen i dont have time for this ill have my surperior call you goodbye n hung up. So im sitting here with nasty burnt pizzas and bread and i didnt even get an apology or anything. This is the location I would normally use if I was to order pizza. Never had issues until today. Placed a delivery order at 2:00pm... order did not get here until a little over two hours later.. it was a simple 3 topping pizza, bread, and cookie order. I called multiple times to get a status order. 1) 1hr - “it looks like it’s waiting on the driver to return then it will get to you.” 2) 3:49 - was put on hold for 2 minutes and 18 seconds. So hung up and called back. 3) “looks like the driver is on the road and should be there shortly.” Then driver gets here and mentioned there was a power outage. But the closest power outage was on telegraph between Vreeland and West Rd.

While I am a dasher, on this occasion I was picking up an order for myself (not a DoorDash), and decided when I was loading it in the car to use my dasher pizza bag to keep it warm. I briefly set the boxes on the ground during this process, and was treated quite rudely by an employee for doing so. Without even thinking to first ask if I was doing a DoorDash, she immediately resorted to confrontation, yelled at me and said something along the lines of “You are NOT putting that on the ground!!!” Of course I clarified that I was just using my Dasher bag for a personal order.
