My kids loved this park, It has alot of elements and different types of playground equipment. While there we realized they had a splashpad that opened at 10 am! ;-) fun times for all.. the splashpad bad nobody else over there when we went. The only downside while we were at the park it was very busy they had a summer camp program there with about 30 kids. I mean I totally understand that it is a park, and thats what it is there for. I am just relaying my experience to you as I am just not sure if this park being so busy is an everyday occurrence or if the group of summer kids and other kids just happened to make it feel busy the day we went there.. ENJOY!

Cute little splash pad... nice playground next to it. Bathrooms....and nice ones actually! Theres a real train caboose, too. 15 years ago when I was there last there was a large cement area and a fountain in the middle. That is now empty dry and cracking cement edges and there a pine tree growing in the middle now lol. That should be beautified but as fas as the park for everything else, perfect!

Pretty nice little park. Nice splash pad for the kids, good for ages up to about 9. Large playground, all wood "90s style". There are bathrooms near the splash pad at the tennis court in case they are needed or for changing clothes, but they aren't in the best shape. There's a covered picnic area too.

Love the park...has so much for the kids to play on and keeps then in a safe area for us parents to keep an eye on them. There's a caboose to check out...which has been there since I was a kid lol. Baseball diamonds and tennis courts are adjacent to the park as well. The winter time ice rink provides sprinklers to run through during the summer to cool off. The Flat Rock Library is right next to it, making it a nice stop after playing to wind down with...

The highlight of this park is the large wooden playscape/fort. It's quite large and kids love play hide and seek around it. Toddlers to early teens seem to have fun and I've never come across older kids trying to claim the space for themselves. The whole attraction was recently refurbished by an area Eagle Scout.

The park also features an ice rink and is nearby the library and...
