Arby's — Restaurant in Flemington

Seems like everytime I have been here, either walk in or drive thru, I've always had problems. Not so much with the food, but the customer service. Not joking when I says this...but they must hire people straight out of school or straight out of rehab..either they don't comprehend you at all, or they looked drugged out...I stopped going there simply because the last time I went through the drive through 1) my order was messed up...sandwich had sauce when I said no sauce 2 times! 2) when I got to the window to pay the young girl, I could see her talking to her other associates(laughing and carrying on) rather then take my money/give food...it was around 1 so it was a busy time, you think she would be more focused... 3)when I went inside to get my food exchanged for what I really wanted she picked the bag up, gave it to the person who made it and stood there and obviously was talking about me to the point the other person starred at Mr and shook his head...neither of them knew me, so it simply was because they were mad I came back to...

5 of the 6 menu items we ordered tonight were inedible and had to be thrown away. I went to Arby's drive-through to order food for two. Mine was a French Dip & Swiss, Curly Fries, Coke and my girlfriend wanted a Crispy Chicken, Reg Fries, Mellow Yellow. Both sandwiches were soggy, watery, rubbery, and were inedible. The curly fries were mushy, soggy, and tasted like they had been microwaved. The Coca-Cola tasted like flat uncarbonated diet coke but worse because it was syrupy. The mellow yellow was the same way, flat and syrupy. The only decent thing from the entire order was the french fry. We ended up throwing away both sandwiches, one fry, both drinks, and felt sick the rest of the night. I definitely won't be going back to...

Overall. Good enough for a win. Pros. Excellent staff. Decent parking. Clean enough.
