Big Baby's BBQ — Restaurant in Flint

I eat here (we including my girl) at least once a week and the food is always delicious. The food I received yesterday around 12:00 pm has me reconsidering ever ordering from here again. I spent almost $50 on 2 meals and an extra side of greens. The candied yams were almost black. They were so overcooked and dry. The mac & cheese was also dry and tasted terrible. The heaping portions they gave me should have been a dead giveaway that the food was old. The greens were even dry and flavorless. However, you mess up greens I’m not sure. The ribs and rib tips were so dry even after drenching them in an extra side of bbq sauce that I prob ate 6 bites and straight to the trash. Also, let’s not talk about the explosive diarrhea and Gut Rot I’ve had the last 18 hours ( I have a Rock gut by the way I am not sensitive to food- apparently just old ,nasty, should have been garbage the day prior leftovers. I am so disappointed and big babies just lost at least $200 a month from me. Ron’s up in smoke, Maude’s, Hell Famous Dave’s or Chips is bustin baby’s ass in my mind. Initially Googled to find the location. Because I have been enjoying Big Baby’s by way of Door Dash. I was Happy to find Good BBQ that delivers! I tested them out with the 2 rib, 2 tip, 2 fish filet & 2 wing plate! Ordered that on many occasion. The food was delicious! Not sold on the wings. Maybe because during the delivery process it gets steamed, no crunch. Recently, I craved Catfish! Clicked the fish symbol for Door Dash and there was Big Baby’s! I thought, Oh Yeah! The food is good, but the owner needs to improve his people skills! He wants to run a restaurant with a skeleton crew and gets loud and angry with the employees and customers when he gets busy. He talks to patrons as if he is doing them a favor. I was chastised for asking him to add dessert to my dinner as I was paying for it. He yelled that I should have included the dessert when I called in my order, but his online menu doesn't mention dessert at all! This is the first establishment that discourages impulse purchases.
