Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Flint

I have now ordered from this Little Caesar's 4 times, and all 4 times I have had something wrong. 1st time: I ordered a hot and ready and breadsticks, seems easy enough... but they went to the wrong place, told me they were in the lobby and when I told them they were at the wrong place they said that they had been waiting on me for 20 minutes. I called 3 times asking and each time I was given different answers. When I finally got the food the pizza hadn't been cut.

2nd time: Simple hot and ready only, and it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to me. When I called the driver (at the hour mark) they said they were waiting for me outside, but I was at the door and watched as they had pulled 45 minutes later.

3rd time: Redemption order, thought they couldn't get this wrong. I order just bread sticks, and cheese sauce and marinara sauce. They arrive with no cheese sauce.

4th time: Same order as the 3rd, they couldn't possibly screw the same thing up twice and... they show up 1 hour and 15 minutes later with breadsticks, marinara sauce and no cheese sauce. When I asked about it, they said "Oops it won't happen again".

They're right, I gotta give them that... it won't happen again because I won't buy...

As I sit on hold Im leaving this review..now 10 plus minutes with nobody talking in the background....just left on hold and refuse to take the order....this after I called to order a delivery...immediately the fella who answers says "if you want a delivery use the app" then hangs up without time for me to reply that I would like to then place an order for pickup. Not really into being forced to use online when I order a pizza. The folks ould ned too now what too bring change for and I wanted to add some items u cant do that online. If I hung up on my customers and placed them on hold for 12-15 to order from my business...I would hope they would go somewhere else...and if there was anything else open tonight...I certainly would. Little Caesars on Dort and Robert T used to be an amazing place to get pizza. Now you get off the phone irritated and appalled. Unbelievable...guess we need to bring back the mom and pop shops. Bobs Pizza...

Little caesars has went down hill they are no longer worth giving my business to...i have always had light sauce and well done with no problem..now it is considered a specialty pizza which you get charged extra for..as well as this store does not take specialty order pizzas over the phone..i called placed my order they told me the total and how long before i can pick it up only to get there and be told they did not make my order because they no longer take specialty orders over the phone..i have been told as well they are not making hot and readys until you order them..they don't wear gloves when handling food..you can make your own judgements but in my opinion these franchises of little ceasers are ruining their good name and has lost...
