Rally's — Restaurant in Flint

My husband & I went through the drive thru on Friday 3/25/2022. I ordered a checker burger w/ cheese, instead of the burger patty I asked to get French fries in place of the meat. We travel ALL over Michigan & go to a rallys/checkers at least 3-4 times a month. I ALWAYS order the same thing, “checker burger combo”w/ cheese, w/o meat, replaced with fries instead of burger…TRUTH I’ve have NEVER been told they can’t substitute a meat patty for fries. The VERY rude female running the drive thru said…we DON’T do that. Only burger you can get with fries is the a fry burger. I said, well I get it at EVERY single rally’s/checkers across Michigan that I’ve EVER been to. This VERY rude drive thru employee said…well this isn’t any other checkers/Rally’s & WE DON’T DO THAT HERE. We pulled off. She shouldn’t be in the drive thru, dealing with customers in anyway shape or form. She needs to be in the back where valuable customers DON’T have to deal with this rude female who has ZERO customer service skills. I WILL be calling corporate over this ordeal. Her store manager or shift manager REALLY NEEDS to send her on her way. I’ll NEVER be back to this Rally’s & if something isn’t done regarding the way she treats this establishments paying customers she NEEDS to be let go!!! Worse experience I’ve EVER had in ANY fast food restaurant drive thru in the whole country. We’ve traveled & have ate in almost every state & this by far has been the worst service. Had we not been on the road I woulda left this review the night it happened. I will be contacting corporate over this situation & I WON’T be satisfied until this matter is resolved accordingly. Rude employees isn’t acceptable!!!

Just went through the drive through. Absolutely no one one was in front of us and no one behind us. We have three kids 8 and under. We did not know the menu so we asked for time to look it over. We were snapped on for not ordering fast enough like they were either overwhelmed or didn’t want to be there to take an order which is what drive through as are for. Then we order mozzarella sticks with ranch because I can’t have tomatoes. When we get our bag they had put marinara inside. I asked my husband to back up the truck and please get the ranch since that’s all I ordered. We sat there for 5 minutes no one still in line had to knock in the window no one came then I honked the horn. The woman with the head set and attitude problem for having to work. Idk but when we asked for ranch to replace the marinara she said mozzarella sticks don’t come with ranch. My husband said yes that’s why we ordered the ranch. She said well she didn’t charge you for it. And shrugged her shoulders like oh well. I wanted to scream she was the rudest person I have met in service in years!!!! I always have problems here and they absolutely never get the order right. Do Nnnoooooottttttt stop at this location absolutely deserve a 0 review not even a 1. Im so mad I got right on here to warn everyone this is the worst restaurant drive through in all of flint. NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. It’s dirty and awful feeling leaving every time. It’s Christmas Eve, our evening plans fell through and I did NOT feel like cooking. The only fast food open at 10 pm was Rally’s. We pulled up to the longest line I think we’ve ever seen. After 30 mins of waiting in line, we’ve placed our order and are at the window. I joked to my husband how much the employees must hate us and I feel terrible. The line was non stop I mean it was lined out of the parking lot the whole time! When I tell you the man at the window ( I wish I would have gotten his name) was beyond nice I mean he was so funny and polite! And apologetic for our wait, which I was not blaming them in the least bit. I made sure to let him know we thought they were doing an amazing job and he told us thank you and hoped we had a merry Christmas! If I was in the situation they were in, I mean they were swamped car after car, I’d be less then enthusiastic. To have someone still so nice and polite and to not make us feel like an inconvenience like I knew we were was just outstanding. I will definitely come back to this location, they have some amazing employees that have a great sense of humor! And to the young man working the drive through Christmas Eve at 10pm YOU...
