Diego's Fresh Mex — Restaurant in Flippin

Diego's Fresh Mex is excellent. I have never eaten a meal there that was less than excellent. I wish I could eat there everyday. This is truly great food and the service is fast and friendly. Prices are very good too.

Today is July 18, 2016 and I wanted to update my review of Diego's. I have been eating there for several years and never had a problem until yesterday. I got the San Diego meal and it tasted good but about an hour after eating I began getting getting violent stomach pain. I threw up five times and have diarrhea. Chili relleno was unrecognizable as that! Inside of it was something dark and dried up covered in unmelted cheese and strips of cold grilled chicken. Outside was a green fire breathing slime i never want to see again. Tables around were littered with dirty dishes- even though there were only two of us customers in there at 1 pm. The WORST excuse for Mexican food I have ever seen or tasted. Ordered Fajita Nachos and queso to go. The container had 9 chips on the bottom covered with cheese and what tasted like old microwaved chicken bits. No bell peppers or onions like a normal fajita dish. No flavor. It was soggy and looked terrible. The queso tastes like someone melted Velveeta cheese and added poorly made salsa. Not traditional Mexican food what so ever! They charged me over 17 bucks for this nonsense! We will NEVER go back! I would have rather flushed a $20 bill down the toilet. If I could give less than 1...
