McDonald's — Restaurant in Flomaton

I cannot even justify zero stars. I strongly suggest no one eat here. And if there is a health department I strongly advise them to do a check on this restaurant before multiple people become ill. 941 p.m. drove up in the RV tried to go into the lobby was not open had to go through the drive through. Won't fit through the drive-thru too short. Tried to trigger it no one answered I drove around to the window no one was behind me. Went to the window had to ask for help because no one was at the window. One of the guys got a lady to come take the order. She said I had to go through the drive-thru to make an order I turned around and pointed at the RV I can't get under the drive-thru I said she said I could hear you I said but I couldn't get under it to trigger it and then she said I had to move the RV out of the way and come back to the window I said I had to do the drive-thru I'm sitting in the drive-thru trying to order which made no sense. She said I've already taken the order behind you I said I was in front of them and I've been waiting here for you to take my order. I was already having second third and fourth thoughts about getting any food from this location because it had a putrid sweet smell of spoiled sweetness. I have worked in fast food as well as grew up in a McDonald's. The filth that was in this window that I could see standing there at the window peering in was not a days clean up it had not been cleaned in a very very long while. They obviously do not clean and sanitize daily. It would not smell that putrid in just one day. The lady asked me before I left if I wanted to speak with a manager and I said no and then I left. BEWARE: You might have a very long wait. We stopped here so I could drive home for my mom, but decided to use the bathroom and then get food. Our friend ordered for us (using the drive thru) while we got situated. I pulled around to meet her and found out she had not received her food yet. It had already been 5 minutes at this point. But okay, I get it. There were others in front of her. So we wait. We saw a dog and pet and played with him while we waited. We chatted a bit. But after 20 minutes, my friend was getting agitated. Finally, after 5-10 more minutes of waiting, we see a friendly, young man come out with our food. My friends burger was cold. Room temperature. Not exaggerating. Our fries, same way. My friend was NOT happy. She said "I'm not eating this!" The young man acted like he didn't know the temperature of the food. He seemed concerned and like he genuinely wanted to help. My friend went back in there and got another burger and fries and made sure it was HOT. My Mom said "I understand it taking so long, IF our food was hot. But it wasn't." I'm happy to say my chicken sandwich was hot and tasted delicious. It hit exactly what i was craving. But the fries and her burger were unacceptably cold. If I could give this place a zero I would . Unbelievably disgusting gross and dirty . Bathroom no toilet paper reeked or urine, husband said men’s room the soap dispenser was torn off and in the sink .front of store had trash all over the place at the counter , pop machine full of trash even at 1pm breakfast trash still on counter pop and sauces dripping down counter and cabinets. Girl at counter more worried about hanging out with drive thru guy and arguing with her manager to clean up anything and was rude . First order with a line up behind us waited 30 minutes for food then to be told was out of fish as our order was done fine got another burger then brought the bag said hadn’t received our drinks girl didn’t look at the bag or knew what we ordered told her it was a frozen cola and of course didn’t have that either didn’t offer a reimbursement as I paid extra for my meal and that frozen drink .my fries were cold and stale because husband asked for no salt his were hot . Wouldn’t even eat in restaurant because it was so filthy we sat in truck and ate . Could see the floor from the counter and food was just every where all over floor and the kiosk to order didn’t work on one side and the screens are so distorted you can’t even read anything to order at the register .
