B-UNOS — Restaurant in Florence Township

Me and my co workers had a fantastic time the first time we visited this place M.J was our host and she was amazing. The food was great this day also... So we figured the next day we will go. The next day it was different host and cooks it was horrible they couldn't get our order right for nothing we was polite about returning the food for a new order. Manager spoke to us very nicely and made sure our order was done better. He did explain they just opened and had different cooks. The bartender/ supervisor as she say Dnt kno her name but she's skinny with glasses Hispanic she made our drinks and use her bare fingers in the fruit and placed em in our cups. We told her we didn't want the drinks. We pulled the manager to the side and told the manager what she done. He must of told her after we left. She was nice about everything and apologized to us about our order and the wait she blamed the new cooks. We walked out exhausted cuz it took over a hour to get things in order. So the next day we thought we'll give it another try maybe they had a bad day that day. We get there the same people from the day before was there whispering about us. They sitted us and took our order. Once again very disappointing cuz what I wanted wasn't on they menu but on the menu online they said not every b uno have the same things so that was a big issue. Anyway I ordered and they got the order wrong but before I got my food they serve me my rice first without the rest of the order I wanted to eat my food together told me it'll be a min for the rest of my food so frustrating so why just give me rice if my order wasn't completely ready they was missing things from my order I had to remind em of. They got upset cuz I decided not to keep the messed up order cold rice wrong food and the bartender who said she's a supervisor also told my friend we can no longer get served there again! When I tried to speak to her about why she sent someone else over to tell me she didn't want to talk Reason supposedly was because we made em frustrated about complaining about our order twice in the row and returning the food.This place wouldn't be so bad if they had professional workers like the first day we was hoping that crew was there. They were amazing shout out to em and M.J 💗 I hope they get that crew and keep em around they was very satisfying with they services the other crew sucked 🙄 The atmosphere is calm nice and clean not a bad place it's the different workers. Once they keep the same people from before they will be fine and that supervisor needs to be trained better at her job. I will love to see this place grow big but it will definitely...

Be careful not to get ripped off!!! This was me and my husbands first time here and we won’t be going back. We went for a birthday party when we got there we ordered two double shots of Henry n two beers we go sit down at the section that was reserved for our party we had our own waitress also for this section. So 45 minutes later we order our second round of drinks because I was driving we were spacing them out we weren’t even buzzed when we got our second round they must of assumed we were because they tried charging us for double shots but giving us a single if you wanna call it that it was literally a drop of henny. Luckily I noticed I mean how could you miss it though it was literally a drop. For two double shots and two beers it was about 48 dollars plus a 10 dollar tip so 58 dollars and that’s how they tried doing us so I said something and of course the waitress tried playing like she didn’t know and said she’ll be right back which it took 15 minutes for her to come with our new shots because I wasn’t excepting was she tried giving us well I’m standing up waiting for her a lady at our party peeped what happened called me over and said she did the same thing to her and her husband I couldn’t believe it. So this place takes advantage of you if your drunk and robs you. I’ll never go back to this place. And there service was horrible the one guy waiting on our section was so rude. When I’m out for the night I wanna enjoy myself not worry about being robbed from the people or place in spending my money with!! Stay away from this place

Edit: you did try passing off a single shot as a double and not just to me but to others at the party. This party was planned weeks in advance so stop trying to cover up what was done by saying she planned it 3 hours in advance she collected everyone’s money and bought there tickets days before the party she reserved the whole back side with you guys but party or no party it wasn’t over packed in there n there was enough staff for the amount of people that were in your club. You really thing 35 people are just gonna show up to a place of business ctfu no hunnie this party was planned weeks in advance and your business tried taking advantage of your guest now I’m done going back and fourth I’ll make sure to let everyone I know about your place before they decide to go back now have a nice day!!!

Overall a good experience. Stopped in to sit and eat for a mid morning meal. Earth Wind and Fire mix was playing for our enjoyment. Full menu was available for ordering, so I could have gone with my favorite from B-Unos on High Street, the buffalo chicken tacos, but I tried something new & went with French toast combo ($14 on the menu, $15.25 on the check). Hubby got standard 3 egg break ($13 on the menu, $14.25 on the check). I just noticed the price difference as I was checking their current online menu to do this review. I think the online price matches what was on the physical store menu this morning. Unsure why it came up more expensive on the check. Food was served in a timely manner and at a good temperature. I'd say it was just your regular no frills breakfast. I experienced a bit of food envy because I had less on my plate than hubby and didn't feel like my meal should have been a dollar more compared to his meal. However, I also didn't pay attention to the description in the menu that noted I'd only be getting 2 of each item. Turned out to be just the right amount of food for me though. I thought the bread would have been a bit thicker. The french toast was buttery but a bit flat for me. I ordered hard scrambled cheese eggs, couldn't see the cheese but tasted it. I asked for my syrup to be warmed and my server obliged. He was helpful and attentive but I've forgotten his name. Hubby had no problem with his food. The portion was generous. Orange juice didn't taste watered down as I've experienced at some places. According to the sign in store I should earn a free fried oreo for this review. I guess we will see...
