Mario & Frank's I Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Florence Township

Wed 12/23: We were hardly greeted while waiting at the door, and waited more than 10 minutes for someone to come to the table with menus, take a drink order, or say hello. There was 1 other table (4 people) that were getting their drinks when we got there.

The young guy who wound up being our server was very nice and accommodating, but was also doing so many other things. They were busy with takeout and he was answering phones, ringing up guests, and grabbing to-go orders. The young girl (server for the other table) was doing nothing else. I was absolutely disgusted by her playing with her hair on the side the entire time we sat there. Her mask was pulled down, and she was more interested in playing around with her co-workers than taking care of the guests in the restaurant.

Cheesesteaks and fries were good. Pizza was just okay, and undercooked. When we left, the other table hadn’t even gotten their soups yet and they ordered before us. Table behind us remained dirty throughout our entire meal - was finally cleaned when our check was dropped. Nothing was cleaned or sanitized properly - she wiped the table down with a wet towel, nothing else.

We haven’t been out much in the last several months, for obvious reasons, and I try to understand that we’re all dealing with a new normal.. but there’s just no excuse for what I witnessed or the disappointing experience we had. We...

My husband drives a roll off truck and since this craziness it's hard for him to find somewhere to get lunch. He works in Burlington County area on certain days and he found this restaurant/pizzeria. He loved what he got and now it's become a weekly ritual for him to order a pizza and those oh so delicious GARLIC KNOTS to bring home after work. We live in Camden County so obviously depending on what time he gets home, we give it a warm up and I'm in Heaven. Mario and Franks is so good that we wait for that once a week treat to come home with Bill all day. I joked that now we have to move closer to Mario and Franks so I can get my garlic knots fix more. We try a different pizza most times and there's a girl that usually takes his order and she made up a pizza for herself that she was telling him about so he ordered it without knowing what exactly was on it but WOW it's become a FAVORITE here. If you live around there, you NEED to give them a try and if you live a bit away, make it a night and drive there to eat. You will NOT be disappointed! I haven't been there yet in person but want to say a big Thank You for the great food and from what Bill tells me, how absolutely amazing and friendly everyone there that he has met is. Negative 5 stars. I will NEVER order from Mario & Franks EVER again. They told us 45 minutes. We still didn’t receive our food an hour and 10 minutes later. We called and they said the driver had multiple stops. We waited 15 more minutes and still didn’t receive our food. We called back they put us on hold then came back and stated they can’t get ahold of the driver. They asked if they could call us back. 20 minutes minutes went by with no return call. We called one more time and they said the driver dropped it on our door step because they knocked multiple times and called and no one answered. We said that’s not possible, we have a Ring spotlight and a doorbell. We checked my camera and my phone and no one came on the street and no one called. We went to both our neighbors houses and no food at either of them. We said we wanted our money returned and then he blamed it on us and literally said “This is your fault not mine.” He said we gave the wrong phone number and the wrong address. We’ve been treated like this before by them and stop going for a while. We decided to give them another try and we wish we didn’t. We had to go somewhere else and didn’t end up eating until 10pm that night. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from there. NEVER...
