Vinny G's Bagels and Deli — Restaurant in Florence Township

My coworkers and I were very excited to have found Vinny Gs bagel shop so close to our job at amazon Florence. My coworker who has been there many of times and brought at least 15 other co workers told us about it. We usually order with no problem but today when I called, my order was taken for 9 bagels 2 of the steak egg and cheese . The order was picked up by another co worker and we realize the steak was missing from two of the steaks. There was no issue with that one of my nicest coworkers went over and explained the situation. When some very rude woman met her with charging for another set of bagels she realizes and tells them we already paid she says ( that's not how it works ) now I would of understood if it was an error on our end but I myself said the order and my co worker who picked up SHOWED the rude woman in front the list. My co worker left the wrong made bagels on the counter not creating the confrontation the two women from the back were clearly looking for. This family run deli serves delicious breakfast and lunch. The menu offers a large selection in addition to the 20 bagel varieties offered! Yes, I counted. There were that many options!

We enjoyed a rainbow bagel, which is a hit with the kids, a breakfast sandwich, and a muffin. The egg in my breakfast sandwich was expertly cooked, not too "fried" and not too raw. They also offer special breakfast sandwiches which has a hashbrown in it! I never thought to put that ingredient inside. Clever and delicious. The coffee was good, with several different flavored creamer options.

We observed many customers enter while we were enjoying our meal, so it appears to be popular among the local community. Despite the many visitors, we had no problem getting a table in the bright and cozy dining area.

Located near the waterfront with ample parking on a pleasant street, this deli is a must visit if you are driving through and need a meal or if you live locally and are looking for a regular place to have breakfast or lunch!

I stopped in vinny g's today for the first time. It was a disappointment. I got an italian sub and asked for everything on it. When I got home and opened the container, I saw it had balsamic. I called about the sub and asked if they normally put balsamic because I was expecting red wine vinegar as that is the norm, they said they always use balsamic. They did not offer to make me a new sub or accommodate me somehow. I was not happy, it was not appetizing, so I threw away the sub. Also, I got a side of macaroni salad which tasted like there was cheese in it, which was bazaar. It seems they add their own flair to traditional items, which in my opinion, is not working. I live in town and really want to support businesses within Florence, but this one I will be skipping from now on. Would be one star but initial service was helpful...
