I’ve never written a review before but A & Ms deserves one. We arrived shortly after opening at 3pm one other family had arrived at the same time. We were told we may pick a place to sit so we grabbed a table. The waitress made her way over to the other families table as they arrived first, came right up to us after she was super friendly and answered the questions we had. We ordered the Sicilian combo pizza, curly fries and mozzarella sticks. The fries were so good! Ranch was perfect, always looking for good ranch and they have that as well. And mozzarella stick amazing! But that pizza was just WOW! Delicious! Best I’ve had in a long time. As we were eating my daughter text me and asked us to grab her a pizza so we proceeded to order a big apple pizza to go, they just ran out of sweet peppers so the gentleman making the pizzas came and asked if we would like jalapeƱos instead. We declined because my daughter isn’t a fan of too much spice. This man was just beyond nice. I can’t say that enough. His overall attitude and kindness made my day. Our waitress was just the sweetest. The staff there was amazing. Also grabbed some Italian cookies made at a bakery in the valley by the owners friend and those were just as good! Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing a slice! I will definitely be going back. Mind you this wasn’t a planned stop this was a darn the restaurant we wanted to stop at in Miami, AZ wasn’t open on the way home from Alpine, AZ this was a well let’s try this place moment. Ended up being super worth it! Thank you for the amazing food...

Ordered an medium Original pizza w/Kalamata olives and Feta added on. Waited 45 mins for our pizza and when we got it home, there was no Basil anywhere on the pizza, scant pieces of Feta, and "green" olives, not Kalamata. I paid $26+ tx for it. I called to complain and the guy on the phone said they were out of Basil and wouldn't get any till their next truck, and when told him about the olives, all he said was he'd have to look into it, didn't offer any kind if discount and when I pressed him on what he was going to do to remedy the issue, he just said he'd have to look into it. There are only "three" ingredients on an "Original", Sauce Cheese, & Basil. If I hadn't gotten the olives, and Feta, I would have paid $26+ for a Cheese Pizza!! I don't know who's running the restaurant now, because the owner wasn't there, but we have been customers since we moved here 6yrs ago, and have never been treated so Rudely, and dismissed like he didn't care at all. Florence is a nice town, so I doubt this person is a local. We will not be returning if this matter is...

First time customer new resident of florence. Deeply disappointed and angered. We arrived to eat and noticed only one other couple. Their order came out as we sat down which left only us in the dining room. I ordered Lasagna and wife chicken fettuccine. We also ordered appetizers...appetizers came out with no plates...waiter said be right back with plates; they never came. Then fettuccine came out and wife began to eat as waiter said lasagna coming right out. 10 minutes later lasagna came. My lasagna wasn't even cooked it was barely warm. I asked to have it heated up that took 20 minutes. By this time wife stopped eating because we came to eat together. So her meal got cold. Server could tell I was displeased and we asked for Togo trays and we left unimpressed. I believe in second chances but it will take some time to get this bad experience behind me. Cooks and servers should be able to tell if a meal is...

We have lived in Casa Grande for almost a year now and have not found a good pizza place. We we're coming home from the Happy Pottery place in Florence and saw a pizza / Bakery sign flash by.... U-turn!!! That was the best idea I had all day. I went for Bakery items but when I walked through the door the pizza smelled so good I got a medium pepperoni and cheese thin crust pizza. Not what I wanted but so glad I did. It was really good ! It was a 5 star pizza and the service was 5 star. The atmosphere got 4 because we ate our pizza in our truck in a farm field. We will be back soon and will keep coming back as long as you guys keep up the quality of the pizza we had today. Please stay consistent. If you like East coast pizza this is the place! We went again already and ate in the farm field again. Really good! Keep it up.

The good: I had a tasty adventure here. The philly cheese steak was delightful. If you go in the evening there is a good view of the sunset. They have signs which let people know ā€œno mask, no service, no exceptions.ā€ This had me excited. The bad: I entered the building to see three people ordering without masks. The fourth had a mask on barely covering her mouth. Guess that paper is just all bark and no bite. I did think it was a nice gesture that the cook would completely cover his nose when we made eye contact. I don’t like the fact he was snacking in the cooking area. But it is probably standard practice amongst cooks. But do it if the baking and food prep is out of the site of the public.
