Called ahead for wings and two tender meals. Explain to the lady on the phone my last time coming my food wasn't fresh. I paid 52$ my fries were old like they cooked the fries and chicken at the same time. Someone 100% left the wing sauce out or didn't put a lid on it out taste like Frank's red hot after the lid hasn't been on it. Only thing made correctly was the tenders. Old sauce old fries and I was assured that my food would be fresh it's the only way they cook food. I asked again upon arriving and received slight attitude, not enough to comment on. Old sauce Old fries wings over cooked very chewy. I found this place after moving here six months ago would only eat there. Haven't been back in 3 months with today being my first day because of the lack of effort in the kitchen. I am certified in culinary. I don't have to see the food to know how it was made. Sauce should be closed and covered at night wings on 450 for 10 minutes crispy is 15 minutes, fries should be dropped last; fries should not be dropped first and put in a box to sweat and sit. I arrived and had to wait for my food thus the fries had no excuse of being Old. Do not plan to be back, as a customer that ate here every week it is a displeasure to say I do not recommend, for now at least. They need someone with integrity in the kitchen. Old sauce equals food poisoning. I didn't risk it I ate 4 and threw the other 20 away. Completely unnecessary expense on my behalf. This company needs to be audited. Willingly sending out food this way scares me about what else the customers don't see. This complaint is coming from a kitchen manager of taco Mac for 4 years....

UPDATE: the owner messaged me to explain the mix up. It was good of her to try and fix the issue. I have to give her a 5 star for that.

Oh what can I say about this place..the first time I came here was about 3 weeks ago. One of the owners (I think she was the owner)gave my husband and I a healthy portion and we really liked there food. We came a few more times thereafter and we were treated very well. Portions were good and no complaints. I left for a week and a half and my husband frequented the place while I was gone. Loved the food. Tonight was a different story, I came in by myself. I ordered 2 sides to go $1.99 each. The helpings were so ridiculous I asked for my money back! The cashier apologized and said that it was not the right container. The cashier saw the other girl put the sides in a small container, why would she not say anything? Why to the point of me getting angry that they would give me such small portions? At least give me what I paid for. Will not be going back. There are other homestyle restaurants in the area. My husband's review is right underneath mine. He had the 2 sides with choice of meat for $7.99. I was paying $4 for veggies and it was a quarter of what he received! Veggies for...

Went last night for the Valentine's Day buffet because they kept promoting how good it was going to be with prime rib on there. One of the worst buffets I've been to in a long time, the meat that was supposed to resemble the prime rib was cut so thin and was overcooked so badly it was inedible along with the other meats that were on the buffet the ham looks like it had been overcooked a week prior and then re overcooked and set out on the buffet. The salmon was way overcooked as well. You can tell that all the vegetables are popped right open from a can and have about a half a cup of salt poured in them so again inedible. Even the corn on the cob you can tell was pre-frozen corn cobs that were then boiled and put out. The service was bad as well when we came in we stood there and waited to be seated after we were seated and they took our drink order they said we had to go up and pay before we could go to the buffet what sense does that make why seat you and then make you get up and pay? Oh and then they had handmade desserts that you could buy separate but the cupcakes that came on the buffet were from...
