Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Florence

Asked for a chili bowl with onions to go. No onions. Ordered a large greek salad and got a to go bowl that was less than half full. I've ordered before from other locations and they usually are full. They also thought putting shredded cheese on a greek salad would be a substitute for the feta cheese. Spoke to the manage on the phone and he wanted to mail me a gift certificate which is acceptable.. Problem is, he never asked for my address to mail it to??? Not gonna hold my breath on that one. I'll drive further to another location. Needless to say, no I would not recommend. Shredded cheese on a greek salad???? Ugh.

On 3/3/22 at approximately 3:30pm, I went through the drive-thru with my elderly mother. She was coughing terribly from a hospital procedure we had just come from. I had to repeat the order several times due to my own distraction. The young lady taking the order with very patient and helpful. When I got to the window the nice young man straightened out a mistake I had made while ordering. He was very kind and efficient as well. Thank you both for coming to work so I was able to get a tasty Skyline meal for my mother and I after a challenging day. Remember. You never know what an aggravating customer may be going through and what your simple kindness and a good Skyline meal may mean to someone...regardless of if they are aware...

Get a wrong order so i call store to ask about it. Someone answers and i explain the order but she says hold on, another person answers with just her name and stays silent, so i ask are u the same person? She waits, "no". so i ask are u a manager, she waits for like 5 seconds, "yes". so i wait some more to see what she has to say, but she says nothing so i ask do u know what i told the other person? SHE WAITS SOME MORE, "no". Worst manager ever whoever was working around 1200pm 12/26/16.
