Taqueria Jennifer — Restaurant in Florence

Not your same ole same ole mexican restaurant where Taco Salads are mostcof whats being served. Only 3 stars for atmosphere bc my order was a take out. Really good food. You know how we all have a Mexican restaurant for each dish. For example, "Taco House has the best quesadillas but Pinto Bean Express has the best rice and homemade salsa... Well, not here! Good variety of taco meat asada, barbacoa, pastor. The sopes were also delicious. The red salsa was hot but also had a good flavor to it. Its not to big of a place but its not small its perfect. They also have 2 pool tables the beer license is coming soon its open seven days a week. Another cool thing is they have pupusas on the menu and i dont believe anybody else in florence does. I have known the actual owner and watched her start a flourishing business beginning at the Florence Flea market. She was very young and had her family to help along with the cooking of the meats and making of the salsas at her own home every evening for the next days business.
