I went to this Bojangles for lunch today around 12:30. I went through the drive-thru. When I pulled in, there were about six cars in front of me. Understandably, I expected to wait, but I waited in line for about 30-35 minutes. OKAY. So, I reasoned, that maybe someone had a big order. It happens, you know! But, the truth, the girl taking drive through orders made you repeat everything. I had my order, all ready to give it to her, but for a simple order, she was acting like it was the most complicated thing she had ever done. I get if she is training, but management should take her off of drive thru during a lunch rush. Finally, I pulled to the window and I was greeted by another girl, who asked me what I had. Isn't that your job? I was polite, I told her what I had ordered, and she shouted to the kitchen to fix another biscuit (I assume they forgot that I had ordered two). I was charged 17 dollars and some change. I asked for a receipt (because someone was going to pay me back for their food) and the girl says "I can't find it" ... okay... At this point, I was just ready to get out of this drive thru. They already had two cars pulled up waiting on their food, and I was afraid, after waiting for 40 plus minutes by this point, that I was going to have to pull up too. But, the girl gave me by bag, and I checked to see if they had put the other biscuit in there. No (not surprised) and they gave me a small fry when I ordered a large. I normally do not check my bag, but something told me I should because of the customer service so far. I told the girl that I paid for a large fry, and she asked "Do you want to wait on it?" - what kind of response is that? Not a "I'm sorry" or "my bad" - I said "no" because I did not want to pull forward and wait on something that I already paid for. The girl walks off, and I don't know what she was doing. Another worker in the back asked her "What's wrong, did that customer piss you off?" - I don't know if they don't realize that if you have your drive thru window open, the customer can hear everything said. - I got my large fry without a "have a good day" or "kiss my a" - I did not get my receipt. I guess it wandered off with the customer service, or maybe it never existed. Having worked in fast food and retail, I get how stressful it can get, but the extra comments and stuff can be had later on - or at least with a closed drive thru window. Word of advice, go when they are not busy, because obviously it is too difficult to be kind and...
Read moreI definitely got the rudest employee there! After sitting at drive thru menu for 15 minutes and no one say anything. I proceeded to pull to the window. The girl opens the window and ask what do I need? Of course I say I need to place my order due to the fact no one offered to take my order at drive thru menu over the speaker. She rudely looks at me says we had 8 cars, 8 piece chicken order and I put you on hold and then shuts the window and leaves to the back for serval more minutes. Finally she comes back and takes my order. My order is 2- 2 piece chicken meals with sweet tea. I even told I didn’t mind pulling up and waiting for my food. Well when I arrived there were only two cars ahead of me, which means she actually lied. Which it doesn’t matter how many was there ahead of me. Have the correct customer service to let the customer know that I will right with you. But no she couldn’t do that. And to top it all off she asked what kind of drinks do you want with your meals, I said sweet tea will be fine cause by now I tired of her rudeness. Well guess what I got unsweetened tea! Yuck! So definitely she thought she got one over on me I guess so much that she didn’t even give me a receipt! Some people shouldn’t be working there and I definitely don’t know that me and my family...
Read moreFirst of all had to wait on someone to come to take our order. Then it was hot in the lobby and the manager said he was gonna turn the air on when he brought our tray to the table. Then when I asked a cashier if the air was turned on by the manager she stated their AC has been out for a while. Then I went to get a refill and noticed mold all over the water button so I got a napkin and wiped up inside all the soda nozzles and they ALL had black mold inside them. When I asked for the manager she acted like she didn't wanna come from behind the counter, so I asked her to come to the drink machine I needed to show her something and showed her all the mold and her comment before walking to the back of the store was oh they just ain't cleaned it YET!! Umm excuse me those haven't been cleaned in God knows how long!! But guess what all the cashier's and managers were doing?? Hanging out in the lobby and the back of house and leaning on the counters.. 3 cashiers came out to clean the lobby oñly for every table to still be sticky.. y'all need new management and crew at this store, one that cares about it not just there...
