We attended an event held at the windmill winery in Florence, Arizona. Knowing the astronomical financial amount paid - expectation was one of class and high standard. The experience fell overwhelmingly short in meeting a mark of acceptable standard. Asking for a simple comment card was met with negative pushback from the winery management. The following are several factual disappointments experienced during our time at Windmill Winery in Florence, Arizona. Witness of rude, unprofessional, idle management staff. Unacceptable safety concerns with obvious tripping hazards. Less than Subpar service. Disappointment in temperature, taste, and shortage of food. Questionable catering plan; less turn out, but not enough food for all attendees. Even though an entire time span for the event was paid for, the staff would not allow entrance into a building to shelter elderly attendees from unseasonably cold temperatures. This resulted in guests leaving the event before the meal was served. Inability of ownership to listen to relevant concern. Debatable Ethical equivalent of lopsided value paid vs value received.
