Came in for lunch and we had Beatrice as our server, and she was training another server. She quickly took our drink orders and recommended an Arnold Palmer when I asked about flavored teas. I love an Arnold Palmer! We got the Potato latkes, amazing. Then the half sandwich with soup or salad. I had the pumpernickel bread with Turkey and the chili, it was very good. Service was awesome! Will definitely be my go to place for any future casino visits.

We had a fantastic dinner at the Seminole Casino. I had the Fish and Chips, and it was delicious! I was totally surprised with the portion (see photo). My hubby had the steak Fajitas. He said that they were also very good. Our service was excellent. The restaurant has been redecorated since we were there the last time & is very nicely decorated. The "Indian bread" with the butter and honey is worth the trip out there.

So overall food was ok. Quick casual place with some decent options. Pretty empty but was a weekday. Staff was nice but seemed to have many standing around. Something that stood out was the Mayo is left out on the tables. Not really a good practice unless the put them bottles up every few hours which I doubt. Seems a little lazy and if that’s ok to do what else aren’t we seeing.

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I was when I went and ate at this restaurant !!!! Yuck !!! Lousy !!! June 30th I went to eat at the restaurant and do a little bit of fun gambling I have never been here before , I was under the impression that it would be a great place to eat after all it is a casino any casino I've ever been to before the restaurants are terrific but here absolutely 'NOT' .. it was the Fourth of July weekend and yes I considered the casino to be on the busy side but that shouldn't matter The waiter was running around he wasn't very helpful he never came back to check on us The food that I ordered I sent back immediately after the first bite it was lousy they sent me the second meal after everybody at my table was finished and then I have no silverware because they had taken it when I sent back the first meal I ended up calling the manager who was really no better !!!!!I'm not by any means a fussy person a fussy eater or rude to anyone but I felt like I probably could've had a better meal at McDonald's The second meal I order was just borderline OK and I really didn't eat much of it because I was so annoyed at the whole experience this by far was probably the worst service in the worst meal I've ever had Customer beware just because it's at the casino don't think for one minute that the food is good I would stay away from...

WOW. Coming from someone that has been in the customer service industry for more than six years, and in management for four, the customer service from the management I experienced this evening was beyond appalling. To be honest, ever since the casino closed down the main dining hall, the food quality has suffered tremendously, and unfortunately, this evening was no exception. We started with the potato latkes, which were amazing. However, when the entrees were delivered, they were not only of sub-par temperatures. My mother-in-law ordered the roast beef sandwich, which was served on stale bread and along side potato salad that was overly dressed with mayonnaise and lacking serious flavor. I ordered the patty melt, which to my surprise, which contained cheese that was not melted whatsoever. The bread was not toasted and the patty they placed in between the bread was of that which belonged to a cheeseburger. When we attempted to explain our discontent with the manager, John, he proceeded to crudely tell us, "You either eat, or you pay for it for ladies". Then, he swept our plates from beneath us and proceeded to asked me, "What do you expect from a patty melt?". To be honest, I have had far superior patty melts from Steak & Shake, for 1/8th...

Been visitng here regularly 3 to 4 times a year. I bring my 85 and 87 year old parents, as they don't really drive far regularly any more. We have been seated in the back booth every time we have ate in the past 5 years except for today. Approximately about 1pm tried to get a booth for my family as usual. 5 hosts at the desk, which seemed kind of odd to begin with. My father was going back in forth with one of the men. They said all booths were full at this time and since we only had a party of 4 we could not sit in the back booth, only tables were available at this time. We got a buzzer and another booth opened up in about 15 minutes. The food was wonderful and so was our server "MiMi" However I would like to share that the booth in the back was never occupied during our waiting period nor while we dined. And it was really painfull to watch the 5 so called hostesses, yawn, scratch armpits, laugh, and joke around as if this was a low class eatery...Management really needs 2 start paying attention! Will not be returning for a meal at 1st street...
