EE-TO-LEET-KE Grill (in Seminole Casino Hotel) — Restaurant in Florida

I'm usually satisfied when I order food from here! I order the same thing every time, burger (well done) and fries because everything else is just overpriced and overrated! And when I order I always make sure I saw AGAIN before I pay, WELL DONE!! They close at 12am so I ordered about 11:50! My food came out at 12:20, no biggie! Before I leave the counter, I check my burger to make sure it's well done NO PINK, so I tell the lady it's not well done she looks at it and says it's very slightly pink 😳 WHAT!? She then says I can give you a voucher to come back another day because the kitchen is closed and no one is back there, HUHH!? But you literally just brought me my order AND I ordered before the kitchen closed! Nawl Michelle, you can refund me my money because it may be 'very slightly' to your liking but definitely not to mine! If that wasn't the worst...

This place is supposed to be this casino’s anchor high end restaurant. There are some decent options but overall underwhelming for the expectations and quality. Chicken tenders were actually one of the best options. Pot roast had an odd taste almost like spearmint. The chicken Alfredo dish sauce was good but the chicken you can tell was prepared and reheated which dried it completely out. Unfortunately the food was not good at all we waited over 2 hours there's some things they really need to work on. we received our salads after we got our entrees. I felt like the server was just all over the place and didn't understand. Our country fried steak was dried out not enough gravy, potatoes were Bland the spaghetti was not good tasted weird even the chef salad was not good I expected the food to be amazing considering it's in a new Casino.
