I would like to take a moment to share my recent experience at a restaurant during lunchtime. As I entered, I noticed that the place was bustling with customers, many of whom were law enforcement officers. It was clear that the staff was working diligently to meet everyone's expectations and ensure that each order was prepared to perfection.
However, when it was my turn to place my order, I couldn't help but feel a bit rushed. Sensing my unease, I decided to speak up and express my concerns to the staff. To my surprise, they immediately apologized and acknowledged their mistake. They reassured me that they were not typically that busy and that my experience was not the norm.
As I proceeded to pay, one of the staff members, a kind lady, approached me and asked if she could walk with me outside. Curiosity piqued, I agreed, wondering what she wanted to discuss. Once we stepped outside, she sincerely apologized once again, emphasizing that my rushed experience would never happen again. I reassured her that I understood that things can sometimes get chaotic, and it was perfectly okay. Her willingness to come out of her busy day and explain how genuinely sorry she was touched me deeply.
In that moment, it became evident to me that this restaurant truly cared for its customers. The fact that someone took the time to address my concerns and express their heartfelt apologies showed their commitment to providing exceptional service. I left the restaurant feeling grateful for their kindness and understanding.

After I placed my order he went outside twice (touching the door handles), made phone calls (touching the phone), went around the counter grabbing menus. After all of this contamination, he grabbed a big hunk of roast beef, sliced it, then scooped out tuna and spread it with his hands. This employee didn't change his gloves!! I had to walk out and I didn't want to because they do have a good product. I blame the owner for failing to train his staff properly. I asked for a recommendation and was recommended the tuna sub. I presume the guy there was the owner and he was super nice, friendly and polite. The sandwich was above average, not overly big or stuffed with tuna. The bread was good. The place is difficult to find because it’s not in a location you would expect to find a sub shop.
