I wouldn't know how the food was because I couldn't even get customer service.. Today I went to burger king and I saw that there was a couple people in the driveway so I decided to go inside. There are no customers Inside at all.. I walked up to the counter the girl who was prepping food saw me the girl who was doing deep frying saw me and the girl at the. Drive-through window saw me as they all looked at me. I stood there for about 6 more minutes before. I? Said Hey anybody at the counter taking orders in which all 3 stood there and stared at me instead of acknowledging me at all.. At this point I just wanted a fountain drink. I wasn't even gonna order food I literally just wanted a fountain drink. So I said o k I guess we're all gonna just stare at me instead of actually acknowledging me or helping me. That's when they wanted to finally give an attitude so I left work on your customer service. Basic human courtesy. Basic customer service is to acknowledge your customer. Read moreI like Burger King's Whoppers and I was in the area yesterday Congress and Summit so I decided I would stop and get myself a Whopper for my lunch on my way to my appointment that I had to go to and the person that took my order was not polite her personality was not good and when I got to the drive-thru window she was talking with the customer behind me and did not even apologize for having me wait with my hand extended. Of my driver side window with my credit card to pay for my food and most of all she didn't even say thank you after she gave me my receipt so I will not be visiting that Burger King anymore and I feel that the management should do something about this matter so in the future I will be visiting other Burger King's and I will not be visiting that one again the food nothing was wrong with it it was mainly the service and I'm very adamant about customer service I don't know about any other person's but I am I've always been ever since I became an adult and that has not changed. When I asked to speak to the preson taking the orders and he walked up I asked him if he was the one taking my order for club soda he proceded to say maybe.
