With it being our first visit we were excited to see what all they offered. Con’s: The advertising of products and signage is not well done. They have pastries out with no signs of what they are or prices, they make breakfast sandwiches but you wouldn’t know unless you asked because there’s zero marketing for it. We came hungry and only left with a doughnut because no one told us they made breakfast sandwiches until I heard someone else ask if they have food. Your mobile app orders get held next to the bathroom on a little shelf on the wall, also with no signage. No way to know that’s where to go to pickup anything for mobile, and if it’s packed, you’d be waiting up front where they serve everything else up forever. The cups are TERRIBLE. They leak horribly and they didn’t offer any sort of cup coozie to protect your hand from heat/cold. Switzerland: Coffee was mid. Tastes like they use the ice cream bases as their flavors. It was delicious but I’ve had better for cheaper elsewhere sadly (they were just out of cold brew this day) I feel like for the price I paid, the drinks should include cold foam not whipped cream, the two give off totally different vibes. Pro: The Boston crème filled long-Johns people, THESE WERE THE REASON TO GO! The crème on the inside is so light and fluffy and has the best taste without being too powerful. The crème is light and airy like whipped cream and the doughnut tastes freshly baked. Not even mentioning the fact that it’s HUGE too! Maybe a foot long!?...

DELIGHTFUL shop. The Converse Girls have delivered a WINNER! Their product is homemade and beyond delicious. Their customer service is second-to-none. The portion sizes are beyond fair. They support their community with fund raisers and other backing. I would like to address the SINGULAR one-star review that has been posted by someone that has never been to American Honey (Mr. Wagner). Why someone would give a business a one-star review having never set foot in the establishment OR tasting their product is beyond me. Certainly anyone with common sense could understand that opening a privately-owned business (much less DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC) means taking it slow and steady...leaning on your trusted business advisors...researching what your market will support, etc. No one would expect you to over-extend yourself in your first week of business by over-staffing to cover extended hours. I'm certain their plan is to extend hours as they continue to grow their business and support. To bring down a business's google rating average (when these ratings DRIVE THEIR BUSINESS and, thus, would enable them to EXTEND THEIR HOURS by hiring more staff) simply to put your .02 in about something that has NOTHING to do with the quality of product is absurd and asinine. Holy cow (pun intended)! I recently found this place and it’s AMAZING! Hands down, my new favorite coffee shop! I’ve been coming here almost every day since I first discovered it. Their cold brew is delicious, which is a necessity at any coffee shop for me. I’m also a huge fan of their cowboy cookie latte and their tiramisu cold brew, which has chocolate cold foam!! They have oatmilk and other nondairy options, which I really appreciate! I’ve heard the ice cream and donuts are amazing too, but I haven’t gotten to try them yet. Today, with my cowboy cookie latte, I got one of their new bagels: a French toast bagel with honey nut cream cheese. OH MY GOODNESS!!! So delicious!! The interior is always really cute and clean. I love the farmhouse-style decor! What REALLY makes the experience of visiting American Honey so worthwhile, however, is the friendliness of the staff! When you enter the cafe, everyone greets you with a smile and a cheerful “hello” or “welcome”. As I have been coming here regularly, a few baristas have asked my name and have started to get to know me. Each one of the employees ALWAYS treats me with kindness and patience.
