Iām a registered nurse and disabled US Army veteran, it is rare that I give a negative review but tonight I felt it was definitely in order. I live in Spring Hill yet, yet I am willing to pay extra to have food delivered from here because the quality has always been beyond amazing!!! Well here, three months ago I had gallbladder issues and had to have emergency surgery, and before that I couldnāt eat certain foods for three months. So here I am 3 months from my surgery and craving their amazing shells and cheese! I decided to order tonight and it was like I ordered from a completely different restaurant with really bad quality. Even had to double check to make sure it was the same restaurant I normally order from lol? The shells and cheese themselves were a fraction of the size of what I would typically get in my order, on top of that there was hardly any meat sauce or cheese on it. The pasta was hard and dry. Even I typically get three meals out of this one order, tonight it was barely enough to feed one person. It was crazy because there was more garlic bread in the takeout container than I had of my entrĆ©e/shells and cheese lol! WTF? So here I thought they might want to know my concerns because they are normally amazing. So I called and talked to the manager on duty tonight, surprisingly not only did he not care⦠But he was incredibly rude! Even I asked if there was another manager, I could talk to, or when the owners come in, and his reply was āthe owners are never hereā. Iām not sure if maybe this is why the quality of their food has gone so downhill, but there is definitely a problem here. Reading reviews from the past few months only confirmed that my experience tonight is not an isolated situation. This is honestly the first time out of multiple orders we had to call GrubHub and they reimbursed me every penny for my meal after seeing the pictures. I really hope the owners get a handle on whatās going on there, or they will continue to really lose a lot of loyal customers who have always appreciated their food and came back for more. Unless I hear something from this review, I will not be ordering...

I called and they said they could give me a store credit or they could send another pizza and I said Iāll take the store credit cause it was late. Called today to use the store credit and they (female) argued with me through the boy on the phone and said they would only credit a cheese pizza. Sorry but you offered me two choices and I chose to get the store credit and then they wouldnāt honor it. I even took a picture of the pizza with ham all over it. If you order a cheese burger and a restaurant gets it wrong and you call and they offer a store credit itās NOT going to be a burger plain itās gonna be what you if originally ordered. I order from them sometimes 3 times a week. Itās a shame cause other than this experience I wouldāve given them a 10 star rating. Probably my last time. Update⦠so after waiting an hour and a half still no cheese pizza, so we called again and the lady who got rude the first time picked up the phone and claimed there was never an order made tonight. I then informed them that I had video and audio surveillance on my property and could most certainly prove this to the owner. Then a guy got on the phone and I asked him if my order was wrong last time and I was told I had a store credit it was for the same original order that was wrong and he agreed. He asked if we still wanted a pizza and by that time it was too late. I told him I was going to contact Angie the owner and that was the end. So sad cause I truly loved this pizza joint but after being treated so poorly by them Iām pretty much done! Also I will let Angie know that my delivery driver guy that 9 out of 10 delivered to us deserves...

I would be willing to overlook this situation because I understand that things can't go right every time but the reaction I got from the manager was like something I've never experienced.
We ordered food delivery to my business for a Christmas gathering to which we invited a few of our best customers. I ordered through the website at 12 noon. The time given for delivery was 45 minutes however the food did not arrive for 1.5 hours Two of my customers left hungry and unimpressed as they didn't have any more time to wait around.
The wings were ordered as crispy but they came with slushy skin along with a pool of water at the bottom (th manager pointed out it was due to the wings sitting in the box so long). Needless to say both the pizza and wings were cold upon arrival.
I called the establishment to explain of both the slow delivery and the condition of the wings. The manager on duty was condescending and fought with me on the phone for 8 minutes, passing responsibility off to every reason except for owning it themselves. He downright refused to give me a credit for the wings.
To top everything off, when I explained that the website indicated a 45 minute delivery time, the manager's response was "well do you believe everything you see on the internet?"
I then asked for the owner's name and was given the name "Bob" which is a total lie because the store is owned by Michael.
I have ordered from here in the past but never again for business...
