I have been going to this location for a few years now and I really enjoy the cordial employees and customer service they provide. Now what cannot be provided is bull dozing the atrocious parking lot that I weekly watch customers get stuck in or get angry in because of how poorly designed it is, it was not designed for the amount of cars that come through here.
If you are looking for coffee and on the go this place makes good coffee and listens to the customer. However if you are ordering any food item even bagels forget it. You would have an easier time putting your car in park at the drive thru and walking to the McDonalds across the parking lot and ordering there. Funny enough by the time you return to your car it wouldnāt have moved an inch.
Jokes aside the employees here have too much to do and too much happening. I was once told "If you are too busy then you are TOO busy" thatās this location its just too busy. I have watched the employees handle star bucks Mobile, walk ins, drive thru, and other food app orders all at once. Just watching this nearly gave me a Pulmonary embolism. Taking this into account its no wonder the drive thru is a slog and mobile orders take anywhere from 10-30 minutes.
Conclusion to this long winded review: Good coffee, smiling faces that greet every customer no matter how busy, slow at getting orders out, and finally parking lot/ drive thru that was designed by someone who wants to watch...

I come to this Starbucks every day and never in my life have I meet such rude employees. As I was being told the price at the drive through I made a āfaceā which literally consisted of me moving my eyebrows half way up my forehead because I wasnāt expecting to spend that much as I had other people in the car I was ordering for as well. Tonight I ordered Chai Latte with the Pumpkin Cream and was told they donāt have Pumpkin Cream when I just got the same drink at the Safety Harbor Starbucks no questions asked yesterday. Isnāt that what Starbucks is advertising their pumpkin cream and pumpkin spice flavors? Two girls came over the intercom and told me we do not have any pumpkin cream we only have a foam or a pumpkin flavor syrup I had to tell them how my last one was made.
