Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered a classic beef and cheddar large combo. I wanna start by saying I went into this place being my normal self, no fussing or anything, all I wanted really was a milkshake but it was almost lunch time anyways so I ordered the classic beef and cheddar large meal and as I was getting my straws after getting my drink a lady said my milkshake was ready and put it on the counter. I say that but she put it like 2 inches on her side of the counter so it would have made me stretch across it just to reach it. The guy that took my order was nice enough to move it closer for me. Not that I really cared about all that cause I'm used to doing things myself, it's just nice to have someone who gets paid to do that, do that for me. Anyways, after I got my food I left, I'm a truck driver so I got in my truck and left. While driving I started with my milkshake(whole reason i showed up at this place) after drinking almost half of it i started tasting chemicals like the machines were just cleaned 5 minutes ago and not thoroughly rinsed. Needless to say i only had half that. I started on my fries next and after eating a couple of those i tasted so much of the grease it was gross and some of the fries i bit into, I had to tear the just to eat it like it was plastic. Eat at this Arby's frequently. Went through the drive thru to try the new Greek Gyro. When I arrived home my order was incorrect, missing a Gyro and Gyro's were not prepared as requested. Called the store, was told the Manager is not available to speak. Returned to drive thru, the manager stated that she prepared the order and it was correct. I stated, it was wrong & missing items. I paid for 4 sandwiches and I received 3. The Manager insisted that the order was prepared by her and all items were in the bag, that she counted them and that she was not replacing the missing sandwich. I couldn't believe she was insisting that I was lying about the order, that she was not going to correct the error and inferring that I was trying to get a "free" sandwich. Why, would a person drive back 5 miles to try to get a free $3.00 sandwich, that just doesn't make sense, I explained. Finally, she agreed to correct the order after I made it clear that I would be writing a review and calling Manager's above her. No more Drive Thru for us. The people that work there in the taste of their food do this place a 5 star appeared. I would definitely warn you though it is not a fast food restaurant. What that means is you may end up waiting 30 minutes for your food. When I go there on already prepared to wait. This is not the people's fault this location is very new and Arby's has largest selection of all the fast food restaurants. I briefly met the owner. My impression of him was very positive he was the one out in the parking lot directing traffic in the 90ﾟ weather. Somebody that's out there willing to do the most difficult part With the biggest most kind smile Is an amazing person. But this location needs desperately and app where you can order and pay at home and then leave and pick up the food when it's ready. Please comment and let me know when this location has an app!
